Renovation of wiring system including replacement of electrical control panel of Draft tube gate gantry crane at Kodasalli. 1.Dismantling the existence control panel from the gantry crane. 2. Dismantling and removing the all existing electrical cables including pendent switch. 3.Replacement of electrical cable of reeling drum with 4core 10Sqmm multi strand unarmed copper cable-50 mtr. 4.Replacement of electrical cable of reeling drum with 4core 10Sqmm multi strand unarmed copper cable-50 mtr. 5.Installation of new control panel, fixing and providing cable connections to all motors light fittings and reeling drum. 6.Commissioning and testing the control panel. 7.Shifting released control panel and other materials to main store Kadra. II. Supply, erection, commissioning and testing of electrical control panel for hydraulic power pack of penstock gate Unit# 2 at Kadra dam. 1.Design drawing supply, erection, commissioning and testing of control panel for unit No 2 at Kadra dam. 2.Dimensions of panel: a) Length:1.4m b) Hight: 1.2m c)Width:0.3m d) thickness: CR sheet, 16 gauge, Double door with 4 legs suitable for existing frame and painted by powder coating with appropriate color as per standard. 3.Isolating of electrical supply from the main supply after availing LC on unit from power house. 4.Dismantling existing control panel in complete. 5.Positioning and fixing of new control panel as per circuit diagram and control panel must consist. 6.Providing all the contactors, Timers and Relays areas per circuit diagram. 7.All electrical gadgets of circuit diagram are to be as per bill of materials. 8.Providing all LED indicators and one number hooter. 9.Remote Control panel at power house: All LED indicators shall be of 110 volts AC(4 Nos of blue, red, orange and green color). 10.Ascertaining the all tests of penstock gate by lowering, lifting and checking of all limit switches etc. 11.Shifting the Released control panel to the main store.
