Servicing of Generator Stator and Rotor of 9MW of any unit of 1 and 2 and 10MW units at MBDPH including Preliminary inspection of Alternator both electrical and mechanical and submission of the related reports. The checker plates, air guides and top air baffle segments, top and bottom air baffle plates and air guide support ring assembly shall be dismantled with prior marking recording so as to reinstate them in to original position after completion of the work. Checking all accessories of Alternator. Checking the conditions of cables & winding overhangs. Thorough cleaning of Alternator using industrial solvent CO2. Heating with blower machine and Varnishing Final assembling and testing. Detailed scope is described in bid document which is binding on all the bidders.
