Sand blasting, applying a coat of zinc rich epoxy primer and applying two coats of Cold applied coal tar epoxy paint ASIAN, BERGER, SHALIMAR, NEROLAC or equivalent Brand. iv). Replacement of rubber seals of all Penstock gates.
