Civil Works;Plain Cement Concrete corresponding as per IS 456 equivalent to (1:3:6) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 20mm Graded size Hard Blasted Granite (IS383, 1970) metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as mixing, laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, etc., complete but excluding seigniorage charges, for finished item of work for Foundations. Bottom & Side Walls

Civil Works;Collection, Supply and filling of HBG 2.36 mm and below from approved quarry to work site and stacking at work site to Dept. gauge for premeasurements including cost and convenyance of all material and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications.

Civil Works;Earth work excavation for foundations and depositing on bank with an initial lead of 10 mts and lift of 2 mts in loamy clayee soils like BC, red earth and ordinary gravel including all operational, labour charges such as shoring sheeting, planking, strutting etc., complete of finished item of work including seigniorage excluding dewatering charges etc., as per SS 20B (APSS 308) for Drain and road

Civil Works;Groove Cutting for Joints and filling bituminous including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., complete.

Civil Works;VDF: Vaccum drying of freshly laid cement concrete floor using 100% air tight suction mat of suitable size and length, vaccum pump to maintain vaccam pressure 0.7-0.8 atmospheres as per the standard procedure floating with powere floater, mechanical trawelling finishing with sound edges and corners including hire and operational charges of machinery, labour, fuel etc complete for finihsed item of the work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge of the work.

Civil Works;Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement or any other type caluse 1501.2.2. M30 grade coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.20cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side form work (Steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as oer drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer sealant, dowel bar, near approaches to bridge / culvert and contruction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1501.

Civil Works;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet mix macadam specifiation including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechnical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub-base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired denisty as per Technical Specification clause 406.

Civil Works;Construction of Granula sub-base by providing HBG/HBT material confirming to Grading -VI of MoRT&H (Table 400-1 & 400-2) including cost, and conveyacne of all mateirals to work site and spreading in unifrom layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix-in-place method with rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with virbatory roller to achieve CBR value minium of 30% at 98% of dry density and PI value maxium 6, complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) including contractors profit & Over head charges excluding seignarage charges etc.,

Civil Works;Construction of subgrade with Gravel with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303 MORD / 305 MORTH, by using machinery.

Civil Works;RBR-EECD-8(c) : Earthwork excavation for road way in soil by mechanical means by using Hydraulic excavator including cutting and pushing the earth to side of embankment upto a lead of 100 metres including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MOR&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
