Road work;Earthwork in excavation by mechanical means for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and , as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH Excluding Seignorage & GST Charges

Road work;Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, with water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

Road work;Providing and laying bituminous liquid Seal Coat (Type C) comprising of stone chipping of grading as defined in table 500.16 of MOST at of Crushed stone chipping of 6.7 mm size 100% passing through 9.5mm seive and retained on 2.36 mm sieve applied @ 0.09 cum per 10 sqm chips to be premixed by manual means with the bitumunous binder using 6.50 kgs of bitumen VG 30 grade for 10 Sqm and rolling with power roller including of required line, level, grade to serve as wearing course on previously prepared surface and finishing to rquired level and grades including cost and conveyance of all materials from approved sources and stacking at site to departmental gauge for premeasurements, seigniorage, labour charges and hire and operational charges of power road roller 8 to 10 tonnes capacity and all other machinery, tools and plants, providing barricading for diversion of traffic, erecting red flags other incidental and operational charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per technical specification clause 510 of MORD.including all over heads , and Contractors profit but excluding seignorage charges and GST

Road work;Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates as per table 500-13 of MORD using penetration grade bitumen 60/70 Grade to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including cost and conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges, mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 0-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat including labour charges, hire charges of T&P and all operational incidental charges complete for finished item of work as per Technical Specification Clause 508 MORD and 511 MORTH.

Road work;Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion (Rapid settting-1) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.275kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydralic broom as per MoRT&H Specification 503 (4th revision) and 503 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge complete for finished item of work.

Road work;Providing and applying Primer Coat (LOW POROSITY) with Bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechincal measns as per technical specification Clause 502 of MORD.

Road work;Providing, Laying, Spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate as per table 400.11 and 400.12 of MORD to Wet Mix macadem specification including cost,seignorage of all materials and including premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant (pug mill) carriag of mixed material by tipper to site , laying in uniform layers with motor grader on base course on well prepared surface and compacting with Vibratory roller to acheive the desired density etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification.406 (4th revision) and 406 MORD complete for finished item of work. (Payment based on levels for finished item of work)

Road work;Construction of Gravel shoulders with naturally occuring gravel including cost, seigniorage charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers by with motor graded on prepared surface, by mixing by mix in place method with rotovator and compacting with smooth wheeled roller to achieve the desired density at OMC etc., as per MoRT&H Specification 401& 407 (4th revision) and 408 MORD as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete for finished item of work.

Road work;Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material confirming to Grading - III of MoRT&H Table 400-2 and Table 400.1 of MORD including cost, seigniorage charges and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., as per technical specification 401 MORTH (4th revision) and 401 MORD and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete for finished item of work ( Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work ).

Road work;Forming embankment with approved material obtained from borrowpits with a lead upto 1000 meters useful from outside road boundary by mechanical means upto SDR with all leads and lifts, including pre-watering of soil at borrow area, removal of top soil, excavation and conveyance of soils and depositing the soil on the embankment, spreading, breaking clods, sectioning, grading and consilodation with vibratory roller at OMC to meet the requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H and table 300.1 and 300.2, of MORD including all hire and operational charges of T&P and seigniorage charges, as per MoRT&H specification 305 (4th revision) 301.5 of MORD complete for finished item of work. (Payment will be made based on level for finished item of work). Excluding Seignorage & GST Charges

Road work;Forming embankment with side earth useful from outside road boundary by mechanical means upto SDR with all leads and lifts, including pre-watering of soil at borrow area, removal of top soil, excavation and conveyance of soils and depositing the soil on the embankment, spreading, breaking clods, sectioning, grading and consilodation with vibratory roller at OMC to meet the requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H and table 300.1 and 300.2, of MORD including all hire and operational charges of T&P and seigniorage charges, as per MoRT&H specification 305 (4th revision) 301.5 of MORD complete for finished item of work. (Payment will be made based on level for finished item of work).

Road work;Clearing and grubbing road land by mechanical means including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201 MORD / MORTH complete for finished item of work.
