BILL OF QUANTITIES;Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, with water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.

BILL OF QUANTITIES;Providing and laying seal coat Type A using bitumenous binder of S60/70 Grade of bitumen as per table 500.16 of MORD and stone chips 6.7mm size @ 0.09 cum per 10 Sqmt. sealing the voids of a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall including cost and conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges, mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 0-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades including labour charges, hire charges of T&P and all operational incidental charges complete for finished item of work as per Technical Specification Clause 510 MORD & 513 MORTH.

BILL OF QUANTITIES;Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates as per table 500-13 of MORD using penetration grade bitumen 60/70 Grade to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including cost and conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges, mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 0-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat including labour charges, hire charges of T&P and all operational incidental charges complete for finished item of work as per Technical Specification Clause 508 MORD and 511 MORTH.
