Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Back Filling the foundation and Basement with borrowed gravel as per requirement and specification including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, leads, lifts , watering and consolidating to required density complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of the work . ( APSS No. 309&310)

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Disposing off excess excavated earth available(not usable) after back filling (obtained from the excavation of foundations) with a lead up to 1KM , complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work.

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Plastering to Uneven surfaces of RR /CR, PCC with CM(1:5) 20mm. thick including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, leads, lifts and curing complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work.

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Plastering with CM (1:5), 12 mm thick with sponge finishing to the even wall surfaces including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, leads, lifts , scaffolding and curing complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work.

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;White washing with Birla/JK White cement of approved quality with two coats to give even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material including cost of all materials, labour charges and incidental charges such as scaffolding , lift etc, complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Laying of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement 400 kgs ) using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) (20mm & 12mm (2:1)) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (screened sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing and centering, etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (Sand 0.45 cum and Metal 0.90 cum) as directed by the Engineer in charge. Road culvert SLABS (upto 300 mm thick)

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Construction of Brick Masonry in CM (1:6) with common burnt clay bricks of class as per Table-1 of IS:1077-1992 Non-Modular or traditional size 23 x 11 x 7 cms of approved quality, including cost & conveyance of all materials, labour charges, scaffolding leads, lifts and curing complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work .

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Construction of RR Masonry with CM (1:6) using hard CRS , rough granite stone and bond stones (0.16 cum) including cost and conveyance of all matreials., labour charges, water lead , curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) (Fe 500/ 500D/550D) grade as per IS 1786-1979) of TISCO/ SAIL/ VSP/Jindal make, different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (SWITCHYARD WORK)

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Laying of Plain Cement concrete (PCC) - Nominal Mix (1:3:6) with 12 to 20mm HBG metal for drains with necessary form work including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, curing and water charges, tools and tackles, all leads & lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge. (IS-456) - Drains

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Laying of Cement Concrete (1:4:8) mix using 40mm size HBG Machine crushed metal for foundations including cost and conveyance of all materials at all leads and lifts, ramming, consolidating, curing etc,complete. for finished item of work as per directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Supplying & Fixing of expansion joint filler board conforming to IS: 1838 for CC road in lateral and longitudinal direction complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work.

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Supply & Spreading of gravel for formation of Road berms including cost of all materials, all leads and lifts, rolling with hand roller, watering , consolidation etc.complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work..

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Construction of Plain Cement Concrete Road with M20 Nominal Mix (1:2:4) using 40mm & 20mm HBG metal (50% each), jointed at expansion and construction joint only, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement (330 kgs per Cum) , coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints,, curing of concrete for 14- days, complete as per as per drawing and as directed by the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work.(Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD).

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed materiald by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/ base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 kN/ Vibratory Roller 80-100 kN weight to achive the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc., as per tables 400.11 & 400.12 and technical specification clause 406 MORD/ MORTH complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work.

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Earthwork excavation in all types of soils (upto stone matrix) which can be excavated in combination of mechanically and manually with pick axe and crow bars and do not require blasting in all conditions such as dry, wet, slushy etc., covering initial lead and lift etc., and backfilling the foundations (after laying foundations) with excavated earth including watering, compacting as per standard specification and disposing of surplus earth within site (up to 1KM lead) complete as per directions of Engineer in charge at site for finished item of work.

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Dismantling the existing RCC by mannual means and carefully stacking the reuseful material at site and disposing the unserviceable metraial to any remote place 1000 mts distance away from site with all leads and lifts includung cost of T&P ,labour and as per the directions of the Engineer-in - charge for finished item of work.

Laying of CC Road at 132/33 KV SS Gadwal;Dismantling of existing Brick masonry including clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for re use and all debris away from the site with lead & lift labour charges, T&P complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work.
