Construction of cable duct in switchyard and miscellaneous civil works in control house at 132kV SS;Providing skirting to internal walls to 15 cm height/risers of steps with Double charged / multi charged stain free full body porcelain vitrified tiles with double layer pigment of size 800 x 800 mm and thickness 9-11 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of any colour and finish in all shades (Make: H&R Johnson, Kajaria, Cera, Varmora, Somany, RAK) and designs length equal to flooring stones, set over base coat of CM (1:5) 12 mm thick with cement slurry of honey like consistency spread at the rate of 3.30 kgs per M2 and jointed with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth, including cost of all materials like tiles, cement, sand and water etc., complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work.-Ground Floor

(for, gates, windows, hand railing in front of portico, retaining walls ,) and painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved quality, make, colour and shade over one coat of red oxide, complete as per the directions of the Engineer in charge for the finished item of work.

Construction of cable duct in switchyard and miscellaneous civil works in control house at 132kV SS;Supplying and fixing of Unplasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) sliding windows two track sliding duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles of (62 mm x 60 mm)/(60 mm x 45 mm)/ (60 mm x 52mm) x 2.0 mm for outer frames, (66 mm x 38 mm)/(58mm x 39 mm)/ (60 mm x 42 mm) x 2.0 mm for sliding shutter frames capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.2 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding the window sash shall be fitted with 5 mm thick clear float glass of reputed make duly fixed with TPV Gaskets/ EPDM weathering seal resistant accessories like locking system 1 No., per set of sashes and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/ deglazing at site etc.,including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, erectionat site with templates for casement sizing complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work . Construction of cable duct in switchyard and miscellaneous civil works in control house at 132kV SS;Supplying and fixing 15.9 mm OD CPVC pipes of SDR 13.50 of premium make Supreme/ Prince/Astral/ Birla Aerocon including the cost of pipe, required number of connectors such as elbows, tees, couplers, connectors, solvent cement etc., and labour charges complete including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, all operational, incidental ,labour charges, etc. complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Construction of cable duct in switchyard and miscellaneous civil works in control house at 132kV SS;Painting to inner new walls with 2 coats of acrylic emulsion paint interior grade having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter of approved brand (Asian Premier or equivalent) and shade over a base coat of appropriate Cement Primer of Interior grade I of approved brand,making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thourughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc.complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

Construction of cable duct in switchyard and miscellaneous civil works in control house at 132kV SS;Laying of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement 400 kgs ) using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing and centering, etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (Sand 0.45 cum and Metal 0.90 cum) as directed by the Engineer in charge. Centering should be with Casuarinas Ballies, Bamboos, Wooden Reapers, Runners, Wood Posts, Wall Plates etc. complete. - RCC COVER SLAB

Construction of cable duct in switchyard and miscellaneous civil works in control house at 132kV SS;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) (Fe 500/ 500D/550D) grade as per IS 1786-1979) of TISCO/ SAIL/ VSP/Jindal make, different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126) - FOR CONTROL ROOM/ BUILDINGS

Construction of cable duct in switchyard and miscellaneous civil works in control house at 132kV SS;Earthwork excavation in all types of soils (upto stone matrix) which can be excavated in combination of mechanically and manually with pick axe and crow bars and do not require blasting in all conditions such as dry, wet, slushy etc., covering initial lead and lift etc., and backfilling the foundations (after laying foundations) with excavated earth including watering, compacting as per standard specification and disposing of surplus earth within site (up to 1KM lead) complete as per directions of Engineer in charge at site for finished item of work.
