Replacement of damaged doors and windows to all residential quarters at Zone II 8incline colony;Supply and fixing 12mm thick window shutters with plain Cement bonded particle board (bison panel or equivalent) conforming to IS 14276 with alround U section of size 12x18mm x 12mm made from 0.60mm thick galvanised colour coated cold rolled steel profiles with necessary srews fixed at every 1foot (304.8mm) intervals, fixing to the existing angle iron frame along with the following MS Powder coated fittings of approved make and applying 1coat of primer, one coat of luppam and 2 coats of Synthetic enamel paints as per approved design including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, all labour charges etc., complete for finished Item of work as directed. a) 150mm tower bolts with 10mm dia shoot - 1No.s per leaf b) 125mm long grip handles - 1No. per leaf c) 250mm long window casements- 1No. per leaf d) 200mm to 225mm long T- hinges 2nos per leaf
