Construction of Digital experience centre (Civil Engineering structure) at Bhuddhavanam, in Nalgonda;Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of 2 runs of 19.1mm x 34.9mm sizes of all refrigerent liquid and gas piping using eddy current free hard copper pipes and fittings like elbows, couplers, T - joints, Brass fittings "U" loops, expantion loops, refnet joints etc, for VRV /VRF System. Insulation of pipes using 19mm for supply and 13mm returns thick elastometric closed cell nitrile rubber insulation materials having class "O" for fire properties structural clamps with hard PVC pipes sleevss under the clamp to protect insulation at supports tagging to enable tracing connectivity to respective units as per drawings to be generated by the agency submission of test reports in approved format forms a part of this item scope, making up of any leakages including supply, labour, consumables, refrigerant top up and incidental expenses. Makes : Mandev / or Equivalent as approved by the department.

Construction of Digital experience centre (Civil Engineering structure) at Bhuddhavanam, in Nalgonda;Painting to new iron works with 2 coats of Synthetic Enamel paints in all shades using ready mixed Synthetic Enamel in all shades Grade - I / Polyurethane full gloss Enamel (IS - 13213) paints having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 30 grams/ Lit. over 1 coat of Red Oxide Primer Paint for iron works of Grade -1 of approved brand to give an even shade after thoroughly cleaning and sand papering the surface to remove all dirt and remains , including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site including cost of primer coat and all operational, incidental, labour charges, lifting, scaffolding charges (with MS Jack Prop Cup lock Pipe Scaffolds) etc., complete including cost of overheads & contractors profit (APSS No.1200, 1207 & 1211) in all floors.
