The bidder should have prior work experience in master planning for similar Digital Museology projects for museums/galleries, including master planning for exhibitions, integrating with Architectural Design & Storylines/Content in India or abroad within the last 10 years. The required prior work experience includes: 1. Similar Digital Museology projects: The bidder must have successfully executed at least one similar Digital Museology project in the last 10 years for museums/galleries with a minimum area of 7,500 sqft or a project cost of minimum Rs. 7.45 Crores. 2. Buddhist Heritage Exhibition: The bidder must have proven experience in creating Buddhist heritage exhibitions that demonstrate academic integrity, supported by relevant publications or research work related to Buddhist art, culture, or heritage. 3. Digital Museology Projects with technologically sophisticated installations: The bidder must have experience in master planning for similar Digital Museology projects for museums/galleries, including integrating with architectural design and creating storylines and content. 4. Operations and Maintenance of exhibitions: The bidder must have demonstrated capability for the operations, maintenance of exhibitions, visitor management, and technological maintenance in the last 10 years. The value and percentage of similar works completed are as follows: - 20 marks for experience in master planning for similar Digital Museology projects for museums/galleries - 10 marks for creating Buddhist heritage exhibitions - 30 marks for demonstrated capability to design and install technologically sophisticated installations - 10 marks for operations, maintenance of exhibitions, visitor management, and technological maintenance - 5 marks for each project experience in operations, maintenance of exhibitions, visitor management, and technological maintenance, subject to a maximum of 10 marks - 20 marks for experience in at least 1 Digital Museology Project, and 5 marks for each additional Digital Museology Project, subject to a maximum of 30 marks The bidder should have an annual turnover of not less than Rs. 7.5 Crores in any one of the last Ten (10) financial years. In case of delay or contractual non-compliance, the bidder should not have paid liquidated damages of more than 5% (five percent) of the contract value in a contract due to delay or has been penalized due to any other reason in relation to execution of a contract, in the last ten years. The bidder is also required to submit an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.15,00,000 and a bid processing fee of Rs. 10,000.
