Development of Trekking Path Steps from Papanashanam;Providing Mild Steel Tubes & pipes of all diameters as per IS-1161, of different diameters, cutting and fabricating to required sizes and shapes,placing in position as per approved designs and drawing to be supplied at the time of execution of work, including cost and conveyance of all Mild steel Tubes & Pipes sections and all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, welede joints, etc., and all operational, incidental, Labour charges for fabricating steel works like Window Grills, Compound Wall Grills, Iron Doors, Windows including cost of welding rods, power charges, including cost of Labour charges for fabricating all heavy steel works like Trusses, Stanchions, Heavy Beams and Girders including cost of welding rods, power charges, etc including cost of fixing in position etc., complete for finished item of work

Development of Trekking Path Steps from Papanashanam;Supply and fixing Granite treads of size 75 to 100 mm thick set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) 20mm thick using un screened sand over CC bed already laid and jointed neatly with cement paste to full depth including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, bangalore stones, etc., to site (excluding cost of C.C. bed) cost of base coat and all labour charges for mixing of cement mortar, laying bangalore stone including head loads charges , average lifting charges of the stone,cement ,sand , water etc., with chain pulley charges, scaffolding charges inclusive of overheads & contractors profit but excluding seignorage charges, GST as directed by the Engineer- in-charge etc., complete for finished item of work. Development of Trekking Path Steps from Papanashanam;Supply and fixing Hard Granite steps of size 1.80 X 0.45 X 0.15 Mt thick set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) 20mm thick using un screened sand over CC bed already laid and jointed neatly with cement paste to full depth including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, bangalore stones, etc., to site (excluding cost of C.C. bed) cost of base coat and all labour charges for mixing of cement mortar, laying bangalore stone including head loads charges , average lifting charges of the stone,cement ,sand , water etc., with chain pulley charges, scaffolding charges inclusive of overheads & contractors profit but excluding seignorage charges, GST as directed by the Engineer- in-charge etc., complete for finished item of work. Development of Trekking Path Steps from Papanashanam;Plain Cement Concrete (1:3:6) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) under foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard , machine crushed granite from approved quarry including ghat allowance, Head loads, delift charges, cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., and overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 402)

Development of Trekking Path Steps from Papanashanam;Random Rubble stone masonry in CM (1:6) prop: (Cement: Screened sand) using hard Granite stones carted from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, water, stones etc., to site, including Ghat allowence, Head loads, de lift charges, curing etc., and labour for cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing of cement mortar, construction, curing and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work in foundation and basement.
