Painting to new walls with two coats of Supply of acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ liter. for external walls approved brand and shade over a base coat of water based cement primer of interior grade-2 of approved brand, making 3 coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance and including punt charges of all materials ,,to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc. complete and cost of overhead charges & Contractors profit and , but excluding seignorage charges, GST for finished item of work as per SS 911 for external walls

Flooring with 16 to 18mm thick high polished granite stone slabs other than black and regular colours of length not less than 2.43 mts set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8) , 20mm thick using un screened sand over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab including neat grey cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3 Kg per sqm and jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matching shade to full depth including cost and conveyance and including punt charges of all materials like cement, sand, water, tiles, white cement etc., to site (excluding cost of C.C. bed) cost of base coat and all labour charges for mixing of cement mortar, laying tiles, overhead charges & Contractors profit and , but excluding seignorage charges, GST as directed by the Engineer- in-charge etc., complete for finished item of work. Providing and fixing of Anchor bolts of 40 mm dia on the top of the RCC columns & Guides rod cutting,strightening,joint piece welding, threading, Hoisting the Anchor bolts on the top of the RCC Columns at designed levels as per site with cost and conveyance of materials and labour charges , operational incidental charges etc. complete for finished item of work including scaffolding centring and safety measures to the workmen.

Providing and fixing of USHA Martin Galvanised HTS wire rope 49mm Thick of minimum Tensile grade 1960N/mm² MBL= 1450 KN over the rollers and ends anchored to blocks with designed dip at centre including Nylon ropes, safety net etc. Stretching the steel wire rope from the wooden reel ,Hoisting the ropes to the column top , ,Tieing the ropes to the Anchor Shaft, 6 turns to the shaft and over lap of 5.0 M over the main rope and adjusting central dip, Scaffolding arrangements throughout the river width Barrels, empty canes, and other constructional materials to form a floating arrangements to convey the rope across the river including scaffolding , centring arrangements around the column and where ever required as per the site to hoist the rope to the column top.

Providing and fixing of Rope Clamps 20 mm dia to fix the suspenders on the rope at 1.50M interval including cost of Rope Clamp , fixing to steel wire rope at site including scaffolding , centring arrangements and where ever required as per the site with labour charges and operational, incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing and fixing of suspenders of 16 mm dia to the clamps on the rope (Galvanised). Including the cost of 16mm dia rod , hot dip Galvanising with labour for fabrication , involves floating arrangements using empty barrels and cans,pipes, bamboos etc., to convey the suspenders, Hoisting the Suspenders on the rope with arrangements for the rope to fix the suspenders on the Rope using Nylon ropes and pipes and ladders including scaffolding , centring arrangements and where ever required as per the site with labour charges and operational , incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work. .

Providing & fixing of Transoms of ISA 100*110*6mm to the suspenders 1.5m Long (Galvanised),including Hot - dip Galvanising, Gas cutting charges, M.S.Angles bend removing and marking for holes, holes drilling charges, Convey of transorms in flowing water and Hoisting . Interval and fixng to Suspenders , Scaffolding and safety measures on Deck level beams including scaffolding , centring arrangements and safety measurements where ever required as per the site with labour charges and operational,incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing and fixing of deck elements to support the deck (Galvanised), Including Cost of M.S.Channel-ISA 75x75x6mm and including Hot-Dip Galvanising and Gas cutting charges, Fabrication like Bend removing welding, Marking for holes, Holes drilling charges, Convey of Deck support in flowing water, Hoisting and erection charges including scaffolding , centring arrangements and safety meaurements on deck level beams etc., where ever required as per the site with labour charges and operational,incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing, supply and fixing of chequered plates (1.5x1.5x6mm) for deck flooring including fixing accessories, beading, necessary glues etc., complete including scaffolding , centring arrangements and safety meaurements where ever required as per the site with labour charges and operational,incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing and fixing of stiffening girder with hand railings for SHS 60x60x3.2mm for Top & Bottom chord struts with SHS 25x25x2.6mm for both sides of the bridge. Square Rods, Hot-Dip Galvanising, Clamps to fix the stiffeners to the suspenders, Angles staightening, Gas cutting, Joint pieces welding, Angles cutting and straightening charges, Fabrication of stiffening girders to designed alignment transoms etc, and bend removing and also Arrangement of scaffolding on both sides of lift the stiffeners at different points on the bridge from the float on the river to distribute the load uniformally throughout the bridge, hoisting the stiffeners, setting in position on transoms and clamping to the suspenders. including scaffolding , centring arrangements and safety meaurements where ever required as per the site with labour charges and operational,incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing and fixing of bolts and nuts all galvanised. Including the Cost of Galvanised Bolt and nuts, Labour charges for fixing of galvanised bolt and nuts including transportation of materials and men etc.and including scaffolding , centring arrangements and safety meaurements where ever required as per the site with labour charges and operational,incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Complete painting of all metal parts, greasing of Steel wire rope, Corrosion protective coating to the rope at anchors and covering over with coal tar to make the embedded rope rust proof. Including Cost of 1st quality Paint, 1st quality Primer, Grease, Resins, Felt Sheet and Coal Tar. Labour charges for cleaning, applying primer and colour enamel, Removing the Grease and oil contents from the HTS Rope with soap powder or diesel and greasing and including scaffolding , centring arrangements and safety meaurements where ever required as per the site with labour charges and operational,incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work.
