Providing Terrace Water Proofing at Hotel Tourism Plaza;Cement concrete grade M20- Nominal mix using 20mm/12mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of materials - Acrylic polymer modified reinstatement concrete with - ROOFCRETE AR 576/ ZORICRETE CMG / WATERSHIELD ARM (Armstrong / PMCC/ Watershield ARM Or Equivalent(Armstrong / PMCC/ Watershield / FOSROC / ROFF/ SUNANDNA / ASIAN ) - (500ML Per Bag of 50 Kgs cement) fine aggregate (sand ) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seinorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational incintal and labourcharges such as machine mixing, laying concrete , curing etc., complete for finished item of work. ( At an average thickness of 75mm)

Cleaning of the surface from dirt, dust and other contaminations. TERRACE CRACK FILLING c). Making ?V? Groove d). Application of one coat of crystalline waterproof coating with -ROOFEX XL / ZORIPEX XL/ WATERSHIELD CRYSTAL or Equivalent (Armstrong / PMCC/Watershield/ FOSROC / ROFF/SUNANDA/ASIAN ). e). Filling of the groove with single component high flexible polyurethane sealant? ROOFEXSEAL PU 212 / ZORISEAL PU WATERSHIELD PU or Equivalent (Armstrong / PMCC / Watershield/ FOSROC/ ROFF/ SUNANDA / ASIAN ) to a width and depth of 6mm x 6mm. SPECIALISED HIGH STRENGTH, FIBRE REINFORCED , CRYSTALLINE POLYURETHANE BASED ELASTOMERIC CEMENTITIOUS WATERPROOF COATING TREATMENT : CONPROOF PFC 4 LAYER SYSTEM / ZORIPROOF CPF 4 / WATERSHIELD PCC 4 LAYER Or Equivalent (Armstrong / PMCC/ WATERSHIELD PCC 4 LAYER/ FOSROC / ROFF / SUNANDA / ASIAN ) : (f). Take high power high bond penetrative crystalline two component cementitious waterproof coating ? ONPROOF PFC Or Equivalent Ist layer and mix with required water, and apply as a slurry coat irectly on the cleaned surface at an average coverage of 1 Sqm per Kg penetrate in to the cracks and disturbed surface to stabilize the area. g). Providing and laying of the AFM 40/ 50 GSM mesh properly as a 2nd layer with overlapping of the mat 50 mm. h) On that take high power high bond polyurethane based fibre reinforced two component cementitious Waterproof coating - CONPROOF PFC Or Equivalent 3rd Layer Part -I -1 Kg with Part - 2 : 2 Kgs and mix with required water, and apply as a third coat directly and immediately on the layed mesh at an average coverage of 1 Sqm per Kg mix to fix the mesh properly. (i). 4th layer take high power, high bond polyurethane based crystalline two component cementitious Waterproof coating?CONPROOF PFC Or Equivalent 4th Layer Part -I - 1 Kg with Part-2 : 2 Kgs and mix with required water, and apply as a final coat directly at an average coverage of 1 Sqm per Kg mix. FOLLOWING ITEM EXECUITED OVER SCREED CONCRETE : j) Providing and laying of cement mortar plastering at 1:4 ratio mixing with Acrylic polymer modified reinstatement mortar -ROOFCORETE AR 576 /ZORICRETE CMG 476/ WATERSHIELD ARM Or Equivalent ( Armstrong /PMCC/Watershield/ FOSROC / ROFF / SUNANDA / ASIAN) @ 2 Ltrs Per Bag of 50 Kgs Cement at an average thickness of 12-15mm with neat finish.
