Providing RCC Retaining wall, Cement Concrete;Supply and placing of the Design Mix Concrete M 25 grade corresponding to IS 456 with minimum cement content of 380 kgs per 1 cum of concrete using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) ( consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm , 15% of 13.20/12.50mm , 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm ) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand 50%) , rock sand @50% coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and excluding Seigniorage charges but including sales & other taxes on all materials, centering using Steel scaffolding pipes, jack Props, wallers, Foot plates, brackets, steel Centering Plates, etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges & seignorage charges, GST etc., for finished item of work (APSS No. 402)

Providing RCC Retaining wall, Cement Concrete;Providing Mild Steel Tubes & pipes of all diameters as per IS-1161, of different diameters, cutting and fabricating to required sizes and shapes,placing in position as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of all Mild steel Tubes & Pipes sections and all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, welede joints, etc., and all operational, incidental charges, including Labour charges for fabricating steel ,cost of welding rods, power charges, etc and Labour charges for fixing of gates and Grills erecting and fixing in position etc., as directed by Engineer in Charge including overheads and contractor's profit complete for finished item of work.

(1:2:4) using 60% of 20mm size, 40% of 40mm hard granite machine crushed graded metal (Coarse aggregate) using Manufactured snad (Rock sand)and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50 ( consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm , 15% of 13.20/12.50mm , 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm ) from approved quarry 20mm graded nominal size SS5 gauge hard broken Granite metal as per SS 108, hand mixed laid in position in layers not exceeding 15cm in thickness, excluding cost of seignorage charges and conveyance of all materials and water from approved sources to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges such as mixing concrete, laying, tamping, curing, etc. complete for finished item of work .including Over head charges, & contractors profit,But excluding GST & Seignarage charges as per SS 402 for foundations and flooring bed. Providing RCC Retaining wall, Cement Concrete;Plain Cement Concrete M 20 nominal mix using Manufactured sand (Rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50 using 20mm size hard granite machine crushed graded metal (Coarse aggregate) ( consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm , 15% of 13.20/12.50mm , 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm ) from approved quarry, using a minimum cement content of 330 kgs. per 1 cum of concrete including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (Sand), coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and excluding Seigniorage charges including steel centering, shuttering, machine mixing, laying concrete, lift charges, curing , overheads & contrctors profit etc., complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 402 & 403) for concrete on steps and approach ramps.

Providing RCC Retaining wall, Cement Concrete;Plain Cement Concrete of (1:4:8:) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using Manufactured Sand (Rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50 and 40mm size HBG M/c (SS5) metal with concrete mixture including cost and conveyance of all materials ,like cement, sand(unscreened), coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as mixing, laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, overhead charges & Contractors profit and , etc., complete but excluding GST & seigniorage charges, on all materials,for finished item of work for Foundations (APSS No. 402).

Providing RCC Retaining wall, Cement Concrete;Earth work excavation for foundations (Manuual Means) for buildings in ordinary rock (not requiring blasting) and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead of 10m and up to 3m depth including all operational,incidental, labour charges such as shoring, sheeting, planking, strutting etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work excluding dewatering charges etc., as per SS 20 B(APSS 308)
