AMC Data Centre FY 2025 26;Non Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of DG Synch Panel - 1 Nos of ABB make where in ensuring all the Three Nos 500KVA DG's are in sync with each other, ensuring immediate switching on of DG's at power loss by checking weekly once manually, appyling necessary software updates if any, ensuring perfect operation of DG Sync Controller, and attending repairs and when called etc comeplete for finished item of work.

AMC Data Centre FY 2025 26;Non Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract for Automatic water leak detection system 1 set of make Honeywell which includes routine checkup lncluding checking mains power supply, operation of water leak detection controller, testing of cable sensor/probe sensor/on monthly basis and weekly visual inspection, ensuring tightness of connections, attending calls as and when required and replacement of minor connectors/clips as required and generating log reports on monthly basis, and attending repairs and when called etc complete for finsihed item of work.

AMC Data Centre FY 2025 26;Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of UPS (160 KVA) of make Emerson & Batteries 2 Sets, includes routine servicing/preventive maintenance, regular checking and monitoring the performance of the entire UPS systems attending to complaints and breakdown calls, replacement of worn out or defective components including supply of all spares and consumables (except supply of UPS batteries which will be arranged by TGSPDCL for replacement , whenever necessary),check the entire UPS systems (including batteries) at least once in a month including servicing/preventive maintenance whenever required, and attending repairs and when called etc and should furnish service report complete for finished item of work.

AMC Data Centre FY 2025 26;Non Comprehesive Annual Maintenance Contract of CCTV Camera & DVR 15 Nos Honeywell make-which includes Camera/lens focus and auto iris is adjusted properly,Camera field of view is adjusted as per requirement, Camera/housing viewing window is clean, inside and out, Camera lens is dust free,Interior of camera enclosure is clean and dry.,Check operation of pan tilt and zoom focus. Use controller in control room to check all these operationsin case of PTZ cameras,Check wiring and cable harnesses for wear and fray. Check to make sure cable is dressed properly. Check connectors and cable entry points for loose wiring, Check that the coaxial cable is transmitting an adequate video signal to control room. Signal should be free of distortion, tearing and rolling, Make sure all coaxial connectors are insulated from conduit and pull boxes,DVR?s are functioning properly and providing distortion free recording, Check all coaxial connectors on the back panels for loose connections, check for smooth operation of Hard disk and reporting of failure if any, checkingof power adapter, BNC Connector etc and replacing of SMPS adapter/BNC Connectors as required, and attending repairs and when called etc etc complete for finished item of work.

AMC Data Centre FY 2025 26;Non Comprehensive Annual Maintenace of Fire Detection System 1 set of make Honeywell which includes esuring working of fire alarm panel system, repeater panel, manual call points, cleaning of smoke detectors with blowers once a month, rtoutine checkup of control and relay modules, checking of pressure level in gas supression system and replacement of minor spare parts such as connectors etc , attending problmes immediately as and when called and submission of monthly reports regarding the health of the system, and attending repairs and when called etc complete for finished item of work.

AMC Data Centre FY 2025 26;Non Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Access Control System (Biometric & Card reader) of make Honeywell 7 Nos Visual inspection of the system. includes Checking mains power supply including charging rates (where applicable).,Checking battery power supply including charging rates.(where applicable).Check satisfactory operation.Cleaning control components. Check operation of all system components, recording any variations including: Token readers and keypads; Power supplies and Interconnecting cabling, raising necessary action if damage, failure or items likely to cause a subsequent failure and, where appropriate, repair or replace any failed or deteriorating components, Log all test results, and attending repairs and when called etc etc complete for finished item of work.

AMC Data Centre FY 2025 26;Monitoring of Integrated Building Management System 1 set in 3 shifts 24 hours by engaging personnnel ensuring and recordind essestial data pertaining to UPS systems, Water Leak detection systems, fire detection and suopression system, monitoring CCTV cameras, VESDA aspiration system, Diesesl Generators health status, temperature, voltage b and humidity parameters pertaining to Air Condition systems and Precision air conditioning systems, monitoring access control systems, LT panels, breakers and couplers and generating of daily report, installation of software update if any etc complete for finished itemj of work.

AMC Data Centre FY 2025 26;Non Comprehensive Annual Maintenace of LT Panel, breakers & couplers -4 Nos ABB Make includes Cleaning of Panels, Breakers, Check condition of Bus bars, Checking condition and alignment of jaw Contact,Checking of MCCB, Checking of breaker tripping through push button, Checking of Contactor, Checking of Control Wiring, ensuring proper operation of couplers and tightness of connections, and attending repairs and when called etc complete for finished item fo work.

AMC Data Centre FY 2025 26;CAMC UPS (40 KVA) of make Emerson & Batteries 2 Sets includes routine servicing/preventive maintenance, regular checking and monitoring the performance of the entire UPS systems attending to complaints and breakdown calls, replacement of worn out or defective components including supply of all spares and consumables along with distilled water topup (except supply of UPS batteries which will be arranged by TGSPDCL for replacement , whenever necessary),check the entire UPS systems (including batteries) at least once in a month including servicing/preventive maintenance whenever required and should furnish service report, and attending repairs and when called etc complete for finished item of work.

AMC Data Centre FY 2025 26;Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Precision Air conditioners PAC EMERSON 5TR 2 NOS Checking the refrigerant level and topping up when required,Inspect the drain pans and condensate drains, Checking of outdoor fan motor and blades and indoor blower assembly,Checking compressor and refrigerant tubing,Lubricating moving parts (as applicable),Inspecting all electrical controls, wiring and connections,Inspecting and cleaning and replacing air filters when needed,Runing a general system test,Check ductwork for leaks and other problems, Cutting back shrubs and other vegetation if any present at site as needed to maintain a minimum of 2 feet of clearance on all sides of the unit ensuring adequate airflow to the condenser coil etc comeplete for finished item of work.

AMC Data Centre FY 2025 26;Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Precision Air conditioners 18TR 8 Nos of Stulz Make which includes cleaning of unit in general every month, chhecking refridgerant piping for signs of leaks, checking machine compressor and other drives for undue vibrations, clean air filters, Ensuring proper condition of drain by checking for blocks/leaks, V-blot tighthness of blower, motor pulleys,cleanliness of blowers, Voltage readings, Cleaning condensor coils and coil fan, voltage of condenser motors, starters check, tightness of electrical connections, operation of controller, operation of heater and humidifier, and filling of refrigerant gas as and when required and compressor replacement as and when failed, PCB replacement, and attending repairs and when called etc complete for finished item of work.

AMC Data Centre FY 2025 26;Non Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of Fire Hooters 3 Nos which includes sounding of hooters with fire/smoke as a part of routine checkup, softwarre patches and updates if avalibale, cleaning of hooters and replacement of minor parts of hooters such as springs etc and sunbmission of monthly report of the system and attending repairs and when called etc etc incl complete for finished item of work.
