SURYAPET CIRCLE OFFICE;Modular workstations ( 1500mm X 1500mm ): Supplying and fixing of truly modular, pre-fabricated, free-standing, double skinned, partition based Workstations in Aluminium with concealed wire management facility including cost of all materials, Labour & Taxes etc., for finished item of work as approved by the Engineer incharge Frames: Supplying and fixing of The partition frames/modules shall be made from custom extruded Aluminium sections cut to size, punched, notched, drilled and fixed together using Rivet technology. The skeletal frame shall consist of two vertical(with wall thickness ranging from 0.9-2.8mm) duly interconnected for the required structural strength. The bottom horizontal member shall be of a min of 30 mm height with provision for skirting level - internal wire management facility on its both sides and shall be covered with snap fit extruded Aluminium covers(with wall thickness ranging from 1.5-2.8mm). Internal wire management facility shall be provide for in 4 different levels viz., above table top, below table top, above skirting level. Frames shall be assembled together using extruded Aluminium connectors with necessary fasteners. The partitions shall be fitted with extruded, contoured Aluminium Top side trims duly snap fitted on to the inner frames. The ends of the workstation module shall be fitted with Pressure Injection Moulded ABS end caps. Two nos. level adjustment supports shall be provided for each frame. All the visible Aluminium components shall be duly epoxy powder coated to a min. thickness of 40 microns. The partition shall be of a sliding panel based system with built in trims holding the panels firmly on all sides. The options for the panel inserts shall be 9mm thick Pre laminated Board/Fabric Soft Board/Marker Board. The overall thickness of the partition shall be 60 mm to 75 mm. The overall height of the frames shall be 1200 mm. Work Surface Top: The table top shall be 25mm thick Particle Board duly Edge-banded with laminate color of choice and also covered on the back side with a balancing laminate with all the other exposed edges duly edge banded with PVC-EB Tape using EVA hot melt glue at 200 degree C on a through feed edge banding machine. The table top shall be fixed to the partition walls with MS Fabricated support brackets, duly powder coated. Key Board: Supplying and fixing of An ABS keyboard tray fitted with telescopic slides shall be provided for. CPU Trolley: Supplying and fixing of An ?L?shape CPU trolley made of Pre Laminated Board with all the edges duly edge-banded and fitted with mini castor wheels shall be provided. Storage Unit: Supplying and fixing of A three Drawer Storage Unit with 18mm thick prelaminated particle board panels and multilock shall be provided.
