Attending certain repair works to the Qtr.No.BDE 09 in C Colony;Supply, fabrication and erection of Window grills by using MS flat/Square rod at all heights, all labour charges, hire charges for welding machine, gas cutter and cost of all consumables like welding electrodes, acetlyne, oxyzen and other consumables, T&P, all operational charges, all leads and lifts complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Attending certain repair works to the Qtr.No.BDE 09 in C Colony;Supplying and fixing of Unplasticized Poly Vinyl Chloride (UPVC) 3 track sliding windows with mesh shutter provision ? (only 2-glass shutters) duly manufactured using UPVC reinforced profiles (Composition of profile shall consists a minimum of 5.5 PHR of TiO2 and not more than 12 PHR of CaCo3 for every 100 parts of PVC resin) of (80mm x 52 mm)/ (94 mm x 45 mm) x 2.20 mm for outer frames, (54 mm x 38 mm)/(39 mm x 58mm) x 2.20 mm for sliding shutter frames capable of mounting single glazing system, structurally reinforced with hot dip galvanized up to 50 microns of minimum thickness of 1.0/1.2 mm prefabricated & welded through fusion welding. The window sash shall be fitted with 5 mm thick clear float glass of reputed make duly fixed with Grey colour TPV Gasket for sash & Glazing bead shall be co-extruded with Grey colour soft PVC. System shall have single point locking with Touch Lock and the system is to be installed at the site using anchor fasteners, silicon rubber sealant, easy glazing/ deglazing at site etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials, accessories, labour charges for transportation, erection at site complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Attending certain repair works to the Qtr.No.BDE 09 in C Colony;Flooring with Double charged vitrified tiles of jhonson/nitco or equivalent quality of approved color & size laid in , set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all leads,lifts, materials ,transportation, conveyance of cement, sand water,tiles, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by department (Cement will be issued by dept at free of cost)

Attending certain repair works to the Qtr.No.BDE 09 in C Colony;Fabrication and erection of Structural steel MS angles,MS Pipes, channels,Beams etc., wrought and put up including cutting,welding and placing in position as per the approved structural designs and drawings, the rate including conveyance of steel , hire charges of welding machine, welding rods, labour charges, all T&P, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(MS Pipes will be issued by the department at free of cost)

Attending certain repair works to the Qtr.No.BDE 09 in C Colony;Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets (Galvalume) with ridge piece of make Charminar/TATA /JSW Sheets) fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anticapillary grove.Cost includes labour charges,leads lifts,Conveynace,material charges, all working T&P etc., Complete for finished item of work as directed by department.

Attending certain repair works to the Qtr.No.BDE 09 in C Colony;Laying RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 50% of 12mm size and 50% of 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal(coarse aggregate) from approved quarry for Kitchen platforms including cost and conveyance of all materials, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of cement, steel and its fabrication charges complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in charge.(Cement and reinforcement steel will be issued by the department at free of cost at Dept.Stores)

Attending certain repair works to the Qtr.No.BDE 09 in C Colony;Cutting, bending, tying and placing in position of steel reinforcement for sunshade, the rate includes cost and conveyance of binding wire, all labour charges with all leads & lifts and incidental charges etc; complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Reinforcement steel will be issued by the Dept. at free of cost at KTPS Dept.Stores).

Attending certain repair works to the Qtr.No.BDE 09 in C Colony;Plastering with CM (1:4) in 20mm thick for floorings and wall plasterings/Ceiling plasterings, including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges, curing and fine polishing and thread lining etc., and complete for finished item of work as directed by the department (Cement will be issued by the department at free of cost).

Attending certain repair works to the Qtr.No.BDE 09 in C Colony;Brick masonry in CM (1:6) using fly ash bricks of size 230x110x75mm for super structure walls etc. at all heights including cost and conveyance of all materials except cost of cement which will be issued by the dept; at KTPS departmental stores at free of cost, all labour charges with all leads and lifts, scaffolding,curing etc, complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Attending certain repair works to the Qtr.No.BDE 09 in C Colony;Laying Cement Concrete M20 by using 12mm and 20mm HBG metal of 50% each including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc., The rates includes cost of leveling, compacting and curing etc and complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge (Cement will be issued by the department at free of cost)

Attending certain repair works to the Qtr.No.BDE 09 in C Colony;Construction of R.R masonry using RR stone of granite variety in CM(1:6) for foundations and basement including cost and conveyance of all materials at site, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge .(except cost of cement which will be issued by the Dept.at free of cost at Dept. Stores)

Attending certain repair works to the Qtr.No.BDE 09 in C Colony;Earthwork in excavation for structures as per technical specification clause 305.1, including setting out, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 10m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification .,complete for finished item of work as directed by the department.

Attending certain repair works to the Qtr.No.BDE 09 in C Colony;Demolition and disposal of unserviceable materials of Brick work with intial lead. The rate including cost of all operational, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T&P etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-In-charge.
