Execution of balance Civil works of Design Supply construction erection testing and Commission;Grouting to the walls with specialized grout additives including drilling of holes with power drilling machine up to required depth (12mm to 14mm dia size hole) fixing of nipples, grouting of the hole with 140PSI grout pump with cement surface and mixing with specialized free flow grout additives (void seal) removing of nipple, sealing of the hole with polymer putty sealing compound (Zoroscott CMG 1 lit/bag of cement) including cost and conveyance of all materials, all labour charges. Scaffolding charges etc; complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge.(Cement will be issued by TSGENCO at free of cost at departmental stores at KTPP)

Execution of balance Civil works of Design Supply construction erection testing and Commission;Plastering with CM (1:4) 20 mm thick for the basement of fencing including cost and conveyance of all materials (except cost of cement) like sand etc., including all labour incidental charges, excluding seigniorage charges, scaffolding charges, curing, all leads & lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site. (Cement will be issued by TSGENCO free of cost at KTPP departmental stores)

Execution of balance Civil works of Design Supply construction erection testing and Commission;Brick Masonry in CM(1:6) for fencing using cured Fly Ash Bricks of size 230 mmx 110 mm x70 mm including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges, excluding seigniorage charges, curing and all leads & lifts etc complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer at site. (Cement & Fly ash bricks will be issued by the Dept.at free of cost)

Execution of balance Civil works of Design Supply construction erection testing and Commission;Supply and fixing of Hot dipped Galvanised chain link mesh 8 gauge (4.0mm) as per IS 2721-1979 of size 2 1/2'' x 2 1/2" (63mm x 63mm) including cost of mesh, transportation charges, cost of bolts, labour charges for fixing, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Execution of balance Civil works of Design Supply construction erection testing and Commission;Supply, Fabrication and erection of structural steel, including hire charges of cutting and welding equipment, welding electrodes, gas, labour charges for cutting, welding and grinding and painting with two coats of Synthetic enamel paint (Gr-I) over one coat of red oxide primer (Gr-I) including cost and conveyance of all materials with leads and lifts etc., complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Execution of balance Civil works of Design Supply construction erection testing and Commission;Laying of M20 grade Nominal mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using MIXER with 50% of 20 mm and 50% of 12 mm size machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, excluding seigniorage charges etc., to site, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges & cost of cement, including Steel centering plates, Scaffolding pipes, jacks, bracing, ballies, etc, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site (Cement will be issued by the Dept.at free of cost at Dept stores)

Execution of balance Civil works of Design Supply construction erection testing and Commission;Providing high yield strength deformed bars (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel bars (Fe 415 / Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786 -1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying, lap splicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including conveyance of steel bars, all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting bending, placing in positions, tying complete for finished item work in all floors (Reinforcement Steel will be issued by the Dept. at free of cost at Dept. stores).

Execution of balance Civil works of Design Supply construction erection testing and Commission;Laying PCC (1:4:8) using 40 mm & 20mm size HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour, machine mixing, Curing and consolidation, all leads and lifts, excluding seigniorage charges etc complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site.( Cement will be issued by the department at free of cost )

Execution of balance Civil works of Design Supply construction erection testing and Commission;Soling with 150mm stone other than granite including 25% of Metal of 40 to 80 mm size for packing and 20% Bottom ash for filling interstices including cost and conveyance of all materials, with all leads and lifts, all operational, incidental, labour charges (excluding seigniorage charges materials) etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site. (Bottom ash will be supplied by the department at free of cost)

Execution of balance Civil works of Design Supply construction erection testing and Commission;Filling area with Gravel from specified areas as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-In-charge including cost and conveyance of gravel, all labour charges, hire charges of equipment for excavation, loading, transportation with a lead upto 10.00KM including initial lead and lift etc., unloading, spreading in layers not exeeding 250mm thick, removal of roots and undesirable materials, breaking clods and sectioning including sacrifying the previuos compacted layer, compaction to 200mm thick to proctor density of 98% at OMC with 7-11 T capacity vibratory roller, roller allowance, formation of approches and ramps,watering, trimming of side slopes to designed section, conveyance charges, all laboratory tests (excluding seigniorage charges materials) etc. complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge at site.

Execution of balance Civil works of Design Supply construction erection testing and Commission;Earthwork excavation for foundations including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site.
