NSHES/OandM/Providing of Balcony Parapet walls in place of damaged walls including treatment with e;Laying of Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 Nominal mix coarse by manual means using with 10mm size HBG metal from approved quarry for Slab including conveyance of cement, cost and conveyance of all other materials, excluding seigniorage charges and including all labour charges , laying, vibrating, curing all leads/lifts etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. (The required cement will be issued by the department at free of cost at O&M central stores)

NSHES/OandM/Providing of Balcony Parapet walls in place of damaged walls including treatment with e;Repairing of damaged concrete at various locations in F & G type quarters with following procedure. (a) Surface Preparation: Preparing the RCC columns,beams, slabs by carefully removing the damaged concrete portion in the RCC member completely by hand chiseling. The exposed surface has to be cleaned with wire brush to remove loose/ dust particles to receive further treatment (b)Reebar preparation: Corroded reinforcement steel should be exposed around its full circumference and cleaned to remove all loose scale and corrosion deposits to a bright condition by applying one coat of Reebaklens RR (rust remover). The applied surface is to be cleaned after 24Hrs with wire brush (c)Reebar protective coating: After cleaning the reinforcement bars, it shall be painted with one or more coats of anti- corrosive coating Nitozinc Primer evenly. In case the existing rebars have undergone considerable loss in diameter, additional reinforcement of similar diameter bars shall be provided and connected to the core RCC through proper shear connectors with Lokfix, anchoring grout as directed by Engineer in charge and the required steel will be issued by the department at free of cost at Central Stores (d)Bonding Agent: All the prepared concrete substrates shall be primed with Fosroc Nitobond EP, an epoxy bonding agent (e)Providing Renderoc S2, a structural grade polymer modified reinstatement, hand applied repair mortar over the epoxy bonding agent. The mortar can be applied from a minimum thickness of 5mm to 15mm thickness in vertical sections. Thicker sections can be built up in layers. The structural grade repair mortar shall have a minimum characteristic compressive strength of 45 Mpa at 28 days (f)Curing: Curing shall be done to the applied surface with Concure WB curing compound

NSHES/OandM/Providing of Balcony Parapet walls in place of damaged walls including treatment with e;Providing of 20 mm thick waterproof plastering duly mixing NITOBOND SBR LATEX ( 4 litres per 1 Bag of Cement) with cement mortar (1:4) for brick masonry walls /flooring including conveyance of cement, cost and conveyance of all other materials, labour charges ,curing, all leads & lifts, etc., but excluding seigniorage charges, complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge (The required cement will be issued by the department free of cost at O&M stores, Pylon)
