Providing RCC road across rail track No.01 to rail track No.07;Laying of Reinforced Cement Concrete of grade M25 (design mix concrete) for drains corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm graded hard broken machine crushed granite metal (coarse aggregate), river sand & manufactured sand in 50:50 ratio, from approved quarry with minimum cement content as per design mix/ IS code including cost and conveyance of all materials (except cost of cement and Reinforcement steel) like fine aggregate, coarse aggregate to site, all operational, incidental and labour charges, weigh batching, machine mixing, pumping, centering, staging, scaffolding, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge at site (Cement will be issued by TGGENCO at free of cost at YTPS stores)

Providing RCC road across rail track No.01 to rail track No.07;Providing plain cement concrete PCC M-10 in open foundations (For Drains, CC Bed for Culvert walls and beneath the pipes) using 40 mm nominal size hard stone aggregate, river sand & manufactured sand in 50:50 ratio, mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including cost & conveyance of all material such as sand, metal etc., but excluding cost of cement (Cement will be issued by TGGENCO at free of cost at YTPS stores), all labour charges, machine mixing, ramming, compacting, curing for 14 days, all incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing RCC road across rail track No.01 to rail track No.07;Construction of Reinforced, dowel jointed, Cement Concrete pavement over a prepared sub base with M30 Design Mix concrete with 43/53 grade cement, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm (25mm graded hard broken machine crushed granite metal from approved quarry) mixed in a batching and mixing plant as per approved mix design, transported to site, laid with slip form electronic sensor paver having capacity to pave in one single operation a width of at least 6m and fitted with a Dowel Bar Inserter (DBI), Tie Bar Inserter (TBI), spread, compacted and finished in a continuous operation including provision of contraction, expansion, construction and longitudinal joints, joint filler, separation membrane, sealant primer, joint sealant, debonding strip, dowel bar, tie rod, admixtures as approved, curing compound, finishing to lines and grades as per drawing and Technical Specification 602 MORTH and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Cement will be supplied by TGGENCO at free of cost at YTPS stores)

Providing RCC road across rail track No.01 to rail track No.07;Construction of dry lean cement concrete Sub-base over a prepared sub-grade with coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS: 383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, aggregate cement ratio not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600-1, cement content not to be less than 150 kg/ cum, optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10 Mpa at 7 days, mixed in a batching plant, transported to site, laid with a paver with electronic sensor, compacting with 8-10 tonnes vibratory roller, finishing and curing etc. complete as per Technical Specification 601 MORTH and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Cement will be issued by TGGENCO at free of cost at YTPS stores)

Providing RCC road across rail track No.01 to rail track No.07;Providing high yield strength deformed (HYSD)/Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild Steel for reinforcement (Fe 415 / Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786 -1979) of different diameters for RCC works including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying, lap splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, conveyance of steel to site, all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars, cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks, all incidental, operational charges etc., complete for finished item of work at all heights as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Reinforcement steel will be issued by TGGENCO at free of cost at YTPS stores)

Providing RCC road across rail track No.01 to rail track No.07;Wet Mix Macadam: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate of size 45 mm to 2.36 mm to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base with Paver finisher Hydrostatic with Sensor control for WMM having capacity to pave in one single operation, a width of atleast 0.6 m, grading with Motor Grader and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion etc., as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 MORD / MORTH, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges, hire charges of machinery/ T&P, incidental and operational charges, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site.

Providing RCC road across rail track No.01 to rail track No.07;Excavation for roadway and drains in hard rock (requiring blasting) by drilling, blasting and breaking, trimming of bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections, loading and disposal of cut rock with all lifts and leads upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.5 MORD / 301 MORTH and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing RCC road across rail track No.01 to rail track No.07;Earthwork excavation for roadway and drains in ordinary rock (not requiring Blasting) by mechanical means including cutting and loading in tippers, transporting to embankment site with all lifts and lead beyond 100 m & upto 1000 m, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross-sections etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.5 MORD / 301 MORTH and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing RCC road across rail track No.01 to rail track No.07;Earthwork excavation for road way and drains in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to side of embankment upto a lead of 100 metres including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting as per MORTH specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
