Providing washing machine room in hostel building reception cabin in Admin building, Refixing of ava;Flooring with high polished granite slabs of 16 to 18mm thick of approved colour other than black, design and pattern set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 20 mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab, including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixed with pigment of matching shade, including cost of all materials like cement, sand water and tiles etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in charge.(cement which will be issued by the Dept at free of cost at Dept stores).

C) CPVC pipes(1" dia) with specials SDR 13.5

Providing washing machine room in hostel building reception cabin in Admin building, Refixing of ava;Fabrication and Erection of Structural steel MS pipes,angles, channels,Steel material etc., wrought and put up, painting two coats of enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint , including all material , cutting, hire charges of cutting machine, welding rods, labour charges,screws, cutting pieces loading and unloading with sufficient crew,cost inlcudes all labour charges, lifts,working T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.(Ms Pipes will be issued by dept. at free of cost at Dept stores,KTPS VII)

Providing washing machine room in hostel building reception cabin in Admin building, Refixing of ava;Providing roofing with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove.Cost inlcudes all material ,labour charges, leads and lifts, Transportation charges, all working t&P etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the department.

Providing washing machine room in hostel building reception cabin in Admin building, Refixing of ava;Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 /FE550D grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)(Necessary Reinforcement steel will be isuued by the deparment at free of cost at dept. stores).
