Civil works;Plastering with cement mortar in 2 coats, 20 mm thick, for RR Masonry drain with base coat in CM (1:5),16 mm thick and top coat in CM (1:3), 4mm thick and sponge finishing as per approved drawings including cost and conveyance of O.P cement and all other materials, scaffolding, mixing, curing, all labour charges with all leads and lifts and incidental charges, all taxes etc complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Civil works;Providing High yield strength Deformed(HYSD)/Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT)/Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 415/Fe 500) grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills of reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of reinforcement steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Civil works;RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 for RCC walls using 20mm & 12mm graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of O.P cement and all other materials like fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, all taxes on all materials including all operational and incidental charges, labour charges for batching,machine mixing, laying concrete,vibrating levelling, curing etc., complete but excluding Cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, including shuttering etc. complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Civil works;RCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 for Pipe Culverts etc. using 20mm & 12mm graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like fine aggregate (sand), coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, all taxes on all materials, cost & conveyance charges for O.P cement including all operational and incidental charges, labour charges for batching, machine mixing, laying,vibrating, finihing, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges , including shuttering etc. complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Civil works;Construction of R.R Masonry in CM(1:5) using RR stone, Bond stone, CR Stone of granite variety for construction of drain, including provision of 40mm dia weep holes including cost and conveyance of O.P cement and all other materials, all labour charges, curing, all leads and lifts and incidental charges etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Civil works;Laying PCC with M20 using 20mm & 12mm HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials such as metal and water etc., cost & conveyance charges of O.P cement and all other materials, labour charges with all leads and lifts, machine mixing, placing, ramming, curing, incidental charges etc complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge..

Civil works;Providing soling with 40mm HBG metal for filling including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, all labour charges, operational, incidental charges, hire charges of T & P all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Civil works;Earthwork in excavation for foundation as per drawing and technical specifications by mechanical means including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal & spreading in low lying areas upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material including hire & operation charges for machinery, all labour charges with all leads & lifts and other incidental charges etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge
