Providing of Approach to Deluge Valves;Laying of RCC M- 20 Nominal mix for Cover Slab of DVs (Cement: fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using available mill reject aggregates (coarse aggregate) within the plant using cement content of 330 Kg/Cum including cost and conveyance of all materials (except cost of cement and seigniorage charges) including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges, including centering, shuttering etc., complete for finished item of work as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site (Cement and mill rejects will be issued by TGGENCO at free of cost at KTPP)

Providing of Approach to Deluge Valves;Providing high yield strength deformed (HYSD) / Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) bars (Fe 415/ 500/ Fe 550 grade as per IS 1786 -1979) of different diameters for RCC works including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying, lap splicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, conveyance of steel to site, all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars, cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks, all incidental, operational charges etc., complete for finished item work at all heights as per standard specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Reinforcement Steel will be issued by TGGENCO at free of cost at departmental stores at KTPP)

Providing of Approach to Deluge Valves;Plastering external walls with CM (1:4), 20mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials like fine aggregate (except cost of cement and seigniorage charges), labour, operational & incidental charges, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge at site and as per standard specifications. (Cement will be issued by TGGENCO free of cost at KTPP stores).
