The bidder should have satisfactorily completed building works of value not less than Rs.866.37 lakhs in any one year during the last five years. For Water supply & Sanitary Engineering Works, the bidder should have completed works of value not less than Rs.16.00 lakhs in any one financial year during the last five financial years. For Electrical Engg. works, the bidder should have completed works of value not less than Rs.161.71 lakhs in any one financial year during the last five financial years. The values will be updated to the year 2025-26, with a 10% weightage for each financial year. No specific percentage of similar works completed is mentioned. The bidder should have executed the minimum quantities of items of work in any one year during the financial years 2020-2021 to 2024-2025. The bidder should provide details of the value of all Civil Engineering works executed every year during the last five financial years, along with certificates. The bidder should also have completed similar building works in the last five financial years, with certificates showing work-wise/year-wise value of work done and date of completion. The amount of Rs.161.71 lakhs is mentioned as the minimum value of electrical engineering works to be executed in any one financial year. The bidder should also demonstrate availability of key and critical equipment. A solvency certificate from a Nationalised Bank/Schedule bank of value not less than Rs.433.19 lakhs should also be submitted.
