Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) proportion nominal mix (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) for foundations and under flooring bed using fine aggregate { 50% of River Sand (Natural Sand) & 50% of Manufactured Sand/Crushed stone sand/Rock sand 4.75mm to 2.36 mm confirming to IS 383 } and coarse aggregate 40mm size hard broken , machine crushed granite metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, & fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, sales and other taxes except GST & seigniorage charges on all materials , but including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in layers not more than 15cm thickness finishing top surface to the required level, curing, including overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work. Random Rubble stone masonry in CM (1:6) prop: (Cement: Screened sand) using hard granite stones carted from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand {River Sand (Natural Sand) & Manufactured Sand/Crushed stone sand/Rock sand }, water, stones etc., from approved quarry, to site, including labour for cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing, of cement, mortar, construction, curing etc.,complete for finished item of work in foundation and basement. (APSS No. 601 & 615) Excluding GST & Seignoriage Charges

Note :

1) The rates mentioned in schedule 'A' are including overhead charges & Contractors Profit. The overhead charges includes Labour Amenitites and Labour Importation / Compensation / Site Supervision / Quality Control Charges and Bankers Charges, etc. Hence the contractros quoted percentage is inclusive of all the above including Technical persons labour welfare cess, District mineral fund and work insurance and no reimbursement for these will be made. 2)The above rates for finished items of work including cost and convenyance of all requisite materials to site, Labour Charges for all operationas, curing wherever needed, all Incidental, Hire and Operational charges of all T&P barricading, Diversion of traffic etc., except GST & Seigniorage Charges .
