Excavation for roadway in hard rock (blasting prohibited) with rock breakers including breaking rock, stumps and other delaterious material with initial lift of 3m and disposal with a lead of 50M, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections including all hire and operational charges of T&P, all labour charges, all taxes excluding GST etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and as per Technical Specification clause 302.3 MORD / 301 MORTH.

Construction of embankment with available useful excavated earth deposited at site by road way including watering, grading and compacting each layer to required proctors density with OMC compaction with vibratory roller of 8 Tonnes capacity, maintaining the required camber in the formation including all labour charges, hire and operational charges of power roller, mortar grader, water tanker, all water leads, all taxes excluding GST etc., complete as per requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 MORD/305 MORT&H (5th Revision). (Payment will be based on levels for finished item of work).

Construction of embankment with good gravel brought from outside and spreading in layers of not more than 200mm thick each as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge during execution, watering, dozing, grading and compacting each layer to required proctors density with OMC compaction with vibratory roller of 8 Tonnes capacity, maintaining the required camber in the formation including all labour charges, hire and operational charges of power roller, mortar grader, water tanker, all water leads, cost and conveyance of all material to site, excluding GST etc., complete as per requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 301.5 MORD/305 MORT&H (5th Revision). (Payment will be based on levels for finished item of work).

Providing and laying gravel shoulders including sectioning to have proper crossfall, spreading by approved means, compaction with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonnes capacity to achieve the desired density,including cost and conveyance of all material,watering,labour charges for all operations,all taxes excluding GST,hire and operational charges all T & P, diversion of traffic etc complete for finished item of work as per MORT&H(5th Revision) Specification 401.

Construction of Granular sub base of 200mm thick by providing HBG/HBT material confirming to Grading-I of MORT&H Table- 401,35% of 53mm to 9.50mm HBG metal, 47.5% of 9.50mm to 4.75mm HBG metal and 17.5% of 2.36mm and below HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, labour charges, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator/approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, labour charge, all taxes excluding GST etc. complete for finished item of work as per MORT&H (5th Revision) Technical specification clause no:401 as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing,laying,spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam specification including cost and conveyance of all material, all taxes excluding GST, hire and operational charges of T&P, labour charges for all operations, premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver finisher in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, grading, barricading and maintenance of diversion of trafic, etc., complete for finished item of work as per tables 400.11 & 400.12 technical specification clause 406 MORT&H (5th Revision)

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion(Bulk-Slow Setting-1) over the prepared surface of granular base as Wet Mix Macadam surface at the rate of 6kg /10sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and spraying uniformly with the aid of bitumen pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion and water,labour charges,cleaning,all taxes excluding GST, hire charges and operational charges of all T&P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORT&H(5th Revision) specification 502.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion(Rapid setting-1) over the prepared surface before laying DBM at the rate of 2.5kg/10sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformity with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning, all taxes excluding GST, hire charges and operational charges of all T&P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORT&H(5th Revision) specification 503.

Providing and laying of 60 mm thick Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant using HBG crushed aggregates of Grading - II as per table 500-10 of MoRT & H Specification 505 (5th revision) premixed with bitumen VG-10 grade @ 4.25% of wieght of total mixture, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with Hydrostatic sensor paver to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per Clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including hire and operational charges all T&P and all other contingent charges necessary including charges of all materials, all taxes excluding GST etc., complete and as per MoRTH speicification NO. 505 (5th Revision).

Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion rapid setting-1 over the prepared surface before laying BC @2kg/10Sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformity with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning, all taxes excluding GST, hire charges and operational charges of all T & P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORT&H(5th Revision) specification503.

Providing,laying and consolidation 30 mm thick bituminous concrete on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregate grade II as per table no 500-17 of specification 507 of MORT & H (5th revision) premixed with 60/70 grade (VG -30) bitumen binder @ 5.40% of weight of mix conforming to MORTH Specification 507 for wearing course including loading aggregates with F.E.loader, heating and mixing the aggregate and binder in 100-120 TPH Capacity hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with 100TPH capacity Paver Finisher Hydrostatic with sensor control to the required level, rolling with vibratory roller of 8 -10T static weight and tandem roller to achieve the desired density including hire and operational charges of all T & P, cost and conveyance of all materials,all taxes excluding GST, labour charges for all operations, diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work, sa directed by Engineer in Charge

Plain Cement Concrete(1:4:8) (Cement: Fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) for foundations using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard,machine crushed granite from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc.to site, including other taxes on all materials excluding GST, including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed, ramming in 15 cm layers finishing top surface to the required level curing etc.,and Overheads and Contractors profit complete for finished item of work.(APSS No.402)

CRS 2nd Sort masonry in CM(1:4) prop using hard granite stone from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, all labour charges for dressing stones to required size and shape,mixing of cement mortor, stone wall construction, curing, all taxes excluding GST, etc complete for finished item of work as per MORT&H(5th Revision) Specification1405.3

Providing and filling of Median and Island with gravel including spreading, including cost and conveyance of all material to site, watering, labour charges for all operations, all taxes excluding GST, hire and operational charges all T & P, etc complete for finished item of work as per MORT&H (5th Revision) Specification 401.

Construction of Cast in Situ Cement Concrete M20 Kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165mm respectively,250mm high in M20 grade PCC on M10 grade foundation 150mm thick,foundation having 50mm projection beyond kerb stone,kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine,foundation concrete laid manually,all complete from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand,coarse aggregate,water etc.to site,including seigniorage charges,sales and other taxes on all materials and including all charges for machine mixing,laying concrete in foundations and under flooring bed,ramming in layers finishing top surface to the required level,curing etc.,complete for finished item of work as per clause 408 MORTH

1) The rates mentioned in schedule 'A' are including overhead charges & Contractors Profit. The overhead charges includes Labour Amenitites and Labour Importation / Compensation / Site Supervision / Quality Control Charges and Bankers Charges, etc. Hence the contractros quoted percentage is inclusive of all the above including Technical persons labour welfare cess, District mineral fund and work insurance and no reimbursement for these will be made. 2)The above rates for finished items of work including cost and convenyance of all requisite materials to site, Labour Charges for all operationas, curing wherever needed, all Incidental, Hire and Operational charges of all T&P barricading, Diversion of traffic etc., including all taxes except GST & Seigniorage Charges
