CC RD JDM;Laying Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) Prop using 40mm size HBG machine crushed stone aggregate confirming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate { 50% of River Sand (Natural Sand) & 50% of Manufactured Sand/Crushed stone sand/Rock sand 4.75mm to 2.36 mm confirming to IS 383 } conforming to table 1000-2 of MORT&H specification including cost and conveyance of all materials (viz) cement, stone aggregate, sand, water etc., to site, labour charges for all operations, machine mixing, laying, finishing smooth to required level, curing, all other incidental and operational charges etc, complete for finished item of work as per MORT&H specification 2100 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Except GST & Seigniorage charges.

CC RD JDM;Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 /53 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregate { 50% of River Sand (Natural Sand) & 50% of Manufactured Sand/Crushed stone sand/Rock sand 4.75mm to 2.36 mm confirming to IS 383 } conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved including plasticizer @0.5% by weight of cement, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of all T&P, diversion of traffic etc. complete for finished item of work as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD.Excluding GST and Seigniorage Charges.

CC RD JDM;Providing gravel berms to the required thickness including spreading in layers of 150 mm thick with side slope of 2:1(2H:1V),sectioning each layer to proper camber, watering, consolidation of each layer with vibratory roller of 8 to10 tonnes capacity to achieve desired density at OMC including cost conveyance of gravel, water etc., to site, labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of Smooth Wheeled Roller and other T&P diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work, except GST& Seigniorage charges, as per MORT&H (5th Revision) Spc.No.401.

CC RD JDM;Earth work excavation for culverts & drains by using Hydraulic excavator and depositing the earth on road side or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge with an initial lead of 50mts in all soils upto SDR in all conditions including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as dry, wet, slushy, setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material, dressing of sides and bottom, sheeting, planking, strutting, etc., except GST, complete for finished item of work etc., complete as per MORTH (5th Revision) specification 304. Except GST.

CC RD JDM;RR masonry in CM(1:3) prop.(Cement,sand) using hard granite stone carted from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand{ 50% of River Sand (Natural Sand) & 50% of Manufactured Sand/Crushed stone sand/Rock sand, water, etc., from approved quarry to site including labour for dressing stones to required size and shape, mixing of cement mortar, construction, curing etc., and including over heads & contractor's profit, but excluding GST and seigniorage charges complete for finished item of work for foundation and basement (APSS No. 601 & 615)

CC RD JDM;Flush pointing to RR Masonry in CM (1:3), including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, seigniorage charges, labour charges for all operations, curing, scaffolding etc., complete for finished item of work except GST & Seigniorage charges, as per MORTH Specification 1300 & 2200 (5th revision).

CC RD JDM;Providing laying Reinforced cement concrete Hume Pipe of NP-3 class 600mm dia Spun and Spigot including cost and conveyance of pipe, etc, except GST & Seigniorage charges,, complete and labour charges for laying, jointing of RCC Hume pipe in position with Cement Mortar (1:2) including lifting, aligning, lowering and hoisting etc., as per drawing and as per MORTH specification 2900,2905 and 2906 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work for Pipe culvert .

CC RD JDM;Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) corresponding to M-15 grade using 6-12mm nominal size well graded machine crushed hard granite chips (coarse aggregate), fine aggregate { 50% of River Sand (Natural Sand) & 50% of Manufactured Sand/Crushed stone sand/Rock sand 4.75mm to 2.36 mm confirming to IS 383 } from approved quarry including cost, conveyance and seigniorage charges of all materials and all labour charges, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, finishing smooth to required levels, curing, all incidental and operational charges,complete for finished item of work for coping except GST & Seigniorage charges, as per MORTH specification 2100.

CC RD JDM;Providing laying Reinforced cement concrete Hume Pipe of NP-3 class 300mm dia R.C.C. Spun / Vibrated Cast (Reinforced) Socket and Spigot pipes conforming to B.I.S. 458/2003 at ex-factory (rate per meter of effective length) Excluding transportation &taxes. including cost and conveyance of pipe, etc, except GST & Seigniorage charges,, complete and labour charges for laying, jointing of RCC Hume pipe in position with Cement Mortar (1:2) including lifting, aligning, lowering and hoisting etc., as per drawing and as per MORTH specification 2900,2905 and 2906 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work .
