Road work Vavilala;Laying Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) Prop using 40mm size HBG machine crushed stone aggregate confirming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate { 50% of River Sand (Natural Sand) & 50% of Manufactured Sand/Crushed stone sand/Rock sand 4.75mm to 2.36 mm confirming to IS 383 } conforming to table 1000-2 of MORT&H specification including cost, seigniorage conveyance of all materials (viz) cement, stone aggregate, sand, water etc., to site, labour charges for all operations, machine mixing, laying, finishing smooth to required level, curing, all other incidental and operational charges etc, complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per MORT&H specification 2100 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge , except GST & seigniorage charges, for open foundations.

Road work Vavilala;Earth work in excavation for culverts & drains by using Hydraulic excavator and depositing the earth on road side or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge with an initial lead of 50mts in all soils upto SDR in all conditions including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as dry, wet, slushy, setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material, dressing of sides and bottom, sheeting, planking, strutting, etc., complete for finished item of work excluding dewatering charges excluding GST & Seignoriage Chargesetc., and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete as per MORTH (5th Revision) specification 304.

Road work Vavilala;Providing gravel berms to the required thickness including spreading in layers of 150 mm thick with side slope of 2:1(2H:1V),sectioning each layer to proper camber, watering, consolidation of each layer with vibratory roller of 8 to10 tonnes capacity to achieve desired density at OMC including cost conveyance of gravel, water etc., to site, labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of vibratory roller and other T&P diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per MORT&H (5th Revision) Spc.No.401. excluding GST & Seignoriage Charges

Road work Vavilala;Providing and laying bituminous concrete of 40mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per MORTH 5th specification clause No. 509 complete in all respectsexcluding GST,.and seigniorage charges

Road work Vavilala;Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion rapid setting over the prepared surface before laying BC @2kg/10Sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformity with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning, all taxes hire charges and operational charges of all T & P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORT&H(5th Revision) specification 503. excluding GST

Road work Vavilala;Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam of 50mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.50 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per MoRTH 5th specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. (except GST & Seiniorage charges)

Road work Vavilala;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam specification including cost & conveyance of all material, hire and operational charges of T&P, labour charges for all operations, premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver finisher in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, grading, barricading and maintenance of diversion of trafic, etc., complete for finished item of workand as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per table 400.13 of technical specification clause 406 MORTH(5th Revision). excluding GST & Seignoriage Charges

Road work Vavilala;Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG/HBT material confirming to Grading - VI of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage charges) and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per MoRT&H Specification 401(5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Road work Vavilala;Formation of embankment with good gravel obtained from outside and spreading in layers not more than 200mm thick each or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including pre-watering soil, removal of top soil, excavation of soils, depositing the soils on the embankment, spreading soils, breaking clods, sectioning and consolidation with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 Tonnes capacity @ OMC compaction to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300-2 of MORT&H including labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of T&P and , all water leads duly maintaining the required camber in the formation etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge as per MORTH Specification clause 305 (5th Revision) excluding GST & Seignoriage Charges.
