Providing flooring with Vitrified Tiles of 1st quality set over base coat of cement mortar (1:8), 12mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab including neat cement slurry of honey like consistency spread @ 3.3.kgs per sqm & jointed neatly with white cement paste to full depth mixedwith pigment of matching shade including cost & conveyance of all materials to site, seigniorage charges,all labour charges, all incidental and operational charges, etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supplying and fixing Gyp Board Fine Line Grid false ceiling (GS-FLC-4.6 as per India Gypsum) in size 600 mm x 600 mm using 12.5 mm thick/ 9.5 mm thick Gyp Board sheet tiles of size 595 mm x 595 mm or 595 mm x 1195 mm conforming to IS 2095 - 1982 fixing to Gyp steel precoated GI wall angle of size 25 mm x 25 mm x of 0.70 mm thick along the perimeter of ceiling screw fixed to brick work/ partition at 610 mm c/c and suspending the frame work using precoated GI Tee section (24 mm x 38 mm x 0.7 mm) from soffit at 1220 mm c/c fixed with GI Soffit Cleat, rawl plugs and steel expansion fasteners & connecting clip to the GI T section with 4 mm dia GI Rod with galvanised spring steel level clip of PVC unversal holding clips system at 1200 mm c/c and fixing the 12.5 mm / 9.5 mm Gypboard Sheet tiles of size 595 mm x 595 mm or 595 mm x 1195 mm and finishing two coats of drywall topcoat complete for finished item of work as per Idia Gypsum Ltd specification , all labour charges, complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge

Providing and fixing in true horizontal level false ceiling of 15mm grid system (main runner and cross "T" manufactured by M/s. Ecophon/DAIKEN/Armstrong  or approved equivalent make, using hot dipped galvanized steel section, exposed surface chemically cleaned capping pre-finished in baked polyester  paint wall angle of size 3000 x 19 x 19mm used in the periphery of the ceiling fixed to the wall partition /  R.C. Column / band walls with the help of screws at 600 mm C/C.  Main runner spaced  at a 1200mm C/C suspended by using 2mm dia G.I. wire hanger securely fixed to the structural soffit of RC slab by using 6mm anchor fastener at every 1200mm (max) and 1200mm long cross tee to be interlocked between in Main runner at 600mm C/C (max) to form a grid of 1200 x 600mm.  600mm long cross tee fixed in between 1200mm long cross tee for forming a grid of 600 x 600mm.Finally laying Ecophon ADVANTAGE E with  15 mm tegular edge ,easily demountable tile , manufactured from High density glass wool ,with the visible surface  be  batch painted glass tissue in white and the back of the tile should be covered with glass tissue .  The glass wool core of the tiles should be tested and classified as non combustible according to prEN ISO 1182  . The system should have Sound Absorption NRC value of 0.9 (according to EN ISO 11654). Tiles should withstand a permanent ambient RH upto 95% at 30 * C without sagging , warping or delaminating(ISO 4611)  . The light reflectance of the tiles should not be less than 83%.The rate shall be inclusive of wastage etc.(Mode of measurement for grid work actual laid area will be paid and for board full tile are including scaffolding arrangement, providing necessary cut-outs for all fixing light fixtures (all sizes) AC diffuser, AC dampers, AC linear grills, smoke detectors, speakers, etc. and any other openings to be made in false ceiling ,cost and coneyance of all materials to site, all labour charges, all taxes etc complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer In charge.

Primer coated withepoxy primer of 5-7 microns thick, finish painted with a polyester paint of 12-16 microns thick alkyd backer. Section for outer frame should be 46x52mm, section for shutter should be 46x46mm, section for mullion should be 46x70mm, section for beading should be 18x25mm and section for middle and bottom rail(Lock Rail and Kick Rail) of size should be 23x130mm. The partition should be panelled with 9mm pre-laminated particle board to a height of 0.91m from the bottom, and remaining height with 5mm thick plain glass With Ethyl Propylene Diametermine Monomer (EPDM) Gaskets. The sections are to be cut to length, mitre joined with corner bracket Centre mullions are to be fixed using mullion cap. Gaskets made of Ethyl Propylene Diametermine Monomer(EPDM). Corner brackets made of CRCA with zinc phosphate. Mullion caps made of Glass filled nylon. Providing and fixing 50mm thick SEMI HEIGHT SOLID PVC PARTITION consisting of 49mm sandwich PVC panel made out of 36mm high density expanded polystyrene sheet(E.P.S.- Thermocol) stuck on both side with 2mm thick plain/printed / prelam PVC rigid foam sheets reinforced with frame work made from 35mmX5mm M.S. Angle. In between two M.S.Angles 5mm thick plain/printed/prelam heat moulded “” PVC ‘C’ channel of size 50X100mm with feathered edges shall be fixed on the floor &50X75mm with feathered edges plain/printed/prelam PVC ‘C’ channel. In between adjoining EPS sandwiched PVC partitions panel 5mm thickX75mm width plain/printed/prelam PVC sheet feathered at edges shall be stuck on front back face using solvent cement etc. in places where two partitions meet to from an ‘L’ shape the panels are joined 5mm thick plain/printed/prelam heat moulded “” PVC ‘L’ section of size 75mmX75mm

Supply & application of one coat water based cement primer of exterior grade II and two coats of acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade with silicon additives having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/ liter for exterior walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales , incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit,all taxes except GST complete for finished item of work.

Supply & application of one coat water based cement primer of interior grade I and two coats of asian emulsion paint having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre for internal walls including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales , incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete,except GST for finished item of work.

Brick Masonary walls of 115mm in CM(1:6) using 2nd class traditional bricks of size 230x110x70mm conforming from approved source having a crushing strength of not less than 35.00kg/cm2 including cost and seignorage charges and conveyance of all materials and water from approved sources to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges such as scaffolding mixing mortor constructing masonary lift charges, curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

Dadoing to walls with coloured glazed tiles of first quality of approved make and shade as directed by the Engineer in charge set over a base coat of CM(1:4) 12mm thick or jointed with cement mixed with the required quanitiy of colou pigment to match the shade of thies including cost of all materials like tiles, cement, sand and water etc., complete including seigniorage charges, etc., complete for finished item of work
