Road Nereducherla;Laying Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) Prop using 40mm size HBG machine crushed stone aggregate confirming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate { 50% of River Sand (Natural Sand) & 50% of Manufactured Sand/Crushed stone sand/Rock sand 4.75mm to 2.36 mm confirming to IS 383 } conforming to table 1000-2 of MORT&H specification including cost, seigniorage conveyance of all materials (viz) cement, stone aggregate, sand, water etc., to site, labour charges for all operations, machine mixing, laying, finishing smooth to required level, curing, all other incidental and operational charges etc, complete for finished item of work as per MORT&H specification 2100 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge , except GST & Seigniorage charges,T, for open foundations.

Road Nereducherla;Earth work in excavation for culverts & drains by using Hydraulic excavator and depositing the earth on road side or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge with an initial lead of 50mts in all soils upto SDR in all conditions including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as dry, wet, slushy, setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material, dressing of sides and bottom, sheeting, planking, strutting, etc., except GST, complete for finished item of work etc., complete as per MORTH (5th Revision) specification 304.

Road Nereducherla;Supplying & Fixing of Molded Shanks Raised Pavement Markers made of plastic body moulded from HIPS(HI-Impact Polysterene) or ABS or ASA ( Acrylic Strene Acrylonitrite and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 ? DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700 Kgs. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the twin shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer?s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer, including all charges,complete for finished item of work, excluding GST.

Road Nereducherla;Supplying of hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound, 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass bead as per IRC: 35, the material should be of BERGER Company/ BERGER Equivalent and must comply with the following: a) White index for the product should be in the range of 60-70 when measured against standard reference. The applied panel 7/8 number must be submitted for checking up the white index in the department lab. In case the department approves the white index of any vendor, the department engineer may carryout random checking of the applied products at site against the approved panel. In case of any major deviation, beyond acceptance limit, department reserve the right to cancel or reject the total supplied consignment of the said material and will compell the vendor has to replace the full consignment by the desired material as per approved panel at his own cost and additional demurrages may be claimed due to loss of man days (as per the rules of the department). b) Luminance factor of the material should be in the range of 80-85% at 45 degree centigrade as per AASTHOM 249. c) Crack resistance: The applied panel cured for 7 days under ambient condition and then should be tested as per BS3262, Part-1, 1989 and should pass at the range of '0' degree centigrade to '-10' degree centigrade D) Adhesion : Strong E) Softening point: 102 degree centigrade F) Dried film finish : Smooth and uniform G) Night Vision: High as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and confirming to IS: 164-1961 (1st revision reaffirmed in 1986) and clause conforming to IRC 35-1997, including all charges,complete for finished item of work, GST& Seigniorage charges.

Road Nereducherla;Providing gravel berms to the required thickness including spreading in layers of 150 mm thick with side slope of 2:1(2H:1V),sectioning each layer to proper camber, watering, consolidation of each layer with vibratory roller of 8 to10 tonnes capacity to achieve desired density at OMC including cost conveyance of gravel, water etc., to site, seigniorage charges, labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of vibratory roller and other T&P diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work, except GST& Seigniorage charges, as per MORT&H (5th Revision) Spc.No.401.

Road Nereducherla;Providing and laying 40 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.0 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction including hire and operational charges of all T & P, cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for all operations, diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.(except GST & Seiniorage charges)

Road Nereducherla;Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting) over the prepared surface before laying BC @ 2.0 kg/10 Sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformly with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning, hire charges and operational charges of all T & P necessary to complete the finished item of work, except GST, as direced by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORTH (5th Revision) specification 503.

Road Nereducherla;Providing and laying 50mm thick dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading (grade-II), premixed with bituminous binder with VG-10 grade @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction including hire and operational charges of all T & P, cost and conveyance of all materials, seigniorage charges, labour charges for all operations, diversion of traffic, etc., complete,except GST & Seigniorage charges, for finished item of work as per MoRTH (5th Revision) specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects.

Road Nereducherla;Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (Rapid Setting) over the prepared surface before laying DBM at the rate of 2.5kg/10 sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformly with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning, hire charges and operational charges of all T&P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge except GST as per MORTH (5th Revision) specification 503.

Road Nereducherla;Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) (Slow Setting) over the prepared surface of granular base as WMM surface at the rate of 6.00 kg/10 sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and spraying uniformly with the aid of bitumen pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion and water, labour charges, cleaning, hire charges and operational charges of all T&P necessary to complete the finished item of work, except GST as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORTH (5th Revision) specification 502.

Road Nereducherla;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam specification including cost & conveyance of all material, seigniorage charges, hire and operational charges of T&P, labour charges for all operations, premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver finisher in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, grading, barricading and maintenance of diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work, except GST& Seigniorage charges, as per table 400.13 of technical specification clause 406 MORTH(5th Revision).

Road Nereducherla;Providing Granular Sub Base using HBG crushed close graded material confirming to grading -I of MoRTH table - 400.1 (50% of 53mm to 9.5mm , 20% of 9,5 to 2.36mm and 30% of 2.36mmm below)including spreading the HBG material in layers of uniform thickness not exceeding 150mm thick with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc, including cost and conveyance of HBG material, water etc to site, seigniorage charges, labour charges for all operations, all incidentals hire & operational charges of roller and other T&P etc, except GST& Seigniorage charges, complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H (5th Revision) Specification 401.

Road Nereducherla;Construction of embankment with good gravel brought from outside and spreading in layers of not more than 200mm thick each or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge during execution, watering, dozing, grading and compacting each layer to required proctors density with OMC compaction with vibratory roller of 8 Tonnes capacity, maintaining the required camber in the formation including cost and conveyance of good gravel,all labour charges, hire and operational charges of dozer, power roller,mortar grader,water tanker,all water leads, seigniorage charges etc complete except GST& Seigniorage charges, as per requirement of table 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 305 MORTH (5th Revision). (payment will be based on levels for finished item of work).

Road Nereducherla;Formation of embankment / subbase with useful excavated soils obtained from Road, drains and Culverts by mechanical means and spreading in layers not more than 200mm thick each or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including pre-watering soil, removal of top soil, excavation of soils, depositing the soils on the embankment, spreading soils, breaking clods, sectioning and consolidation with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 Tonnes capacity @ OMC compaction to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300-2 of MORT&H including labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of T&P and seigniorage charges, all water leads duly maintaining the required camber in the formation etc., except GST, complete for finished item of work as per MORTH Specification clause 305 (5th Revision) (Payment will be made based on level for finished item of work). .

Road Nereducherla;Disposal of unuseful earth/Stone with a lead of 5.0 KM including loading, unloading, all labour charges, overhead charges,hire charges of T&P complete etc., except GST .

Road Nereducherla;Excavation for roadway in soil by mechanical means including cutting and pushing of the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 M, staking on road side as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and crosssections, including all hire and operational charges of T&P, all labour charges, complete for finished item of work,except GST, as per MORTH(5th Revision) Spec No.301 (payment will be based on levels for finished item of work).
