Formation of Granular Sub Base using HBG crushed close material confirming to grading -III of MoRTH table - 400.1 (52.5% of 2.36mmm below, 35% of 9,5 to 4.75mm and 12.5% of 4.75mm to 2.36mm) including spreading the HBG material in layers of uniform thickness not exceeding 150mm thick with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc, including cost and conveyance of HBG material, water etc to site, labour charges for all operations, all incidentals hire & operational charges of roller and other T&P except GST and Seigniorage charges etc,, complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H (5th Revision) Specification 401.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam specification including cost & conveyance of all material, hire and operational charges of T&P, labour charges for all operations, premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver finisher in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, grading, barricading and maintenance of diversion of trafic, etc.,except GST and Seigniorage charges, complete for finished item of work, as per table 400.13 of technical specification clause 406 MORTH(5th Revision).

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion(Bulk-Slow Setting-1) over the prepared surface of granular base as Wet Mix Macadam surface at the rate of 6kg /10sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and spraying uniformly with the aid of bitumen pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion and water,labour charges,cleaning,all taxes hire charges and operational charges of all T&P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORT&H(5th Revision) specification 502.excluding GST

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS)(Rapid Setting) over the prepared surface before laying DBM at the rate of 2.5kg/10 sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformly with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning, hire charges and operational charges of all T&P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge except GST as per MORTH (5th Revision) specification 503.

Providing and laying of 50 mm thick Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant using HBG crushed aggregates of Grading - II as per table 500-10 of MoRT&H Specification 505 (5th revision) premixed with bitumen VG-10 grade @ 4.25% byweight of total mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with Hydrostatic sensor paver to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per Clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hire and operational charges all T&P, all taxes and all other contingent charges necessary including charges of all materials etc., complete and as per MoRTH specification No. 505(5th Revision) (except GST & Seiniorage charges)

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS (Rapid Setting) over the prepared surface before laying BC @ 2.0 kg/10 Sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformly with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning, hire charges and operational charges of all T & P necessary to complete the finished item of work, except GST, as direced by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORTH (5th Revision) specification 503.

Providing and laying 30 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5% percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction including hire and operational charges of all T & P, cost and conveyance of all materials to site, all other taxes, labour charges for all operations, diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.(except GST & Seiniorage charges)

Providing gravel berms to the required thickness including spreading in layers of 150 mm thick with side slope of 2:1(2H:1V),sectioning each layer to proper camber, watering, consolidation of each layer with vibratory roller of 8 to10 tonnes capacity to achieve desired density at OMC including cost conveyance of gravel, water etc., to site, seigniorage charges, labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of vibratory roller and other T&P diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work, except GST& Seigniorage charges, as per MORT&H (5th Revision) Spc.No.401.

Construction of cement concrete kerb with channel with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, kerb channel 300 mm wide, 50 mm thick in PCCM20 grade, sloped towards the kerb, kerb stone with channel laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 408 MORTH(RBR-TSRA-30) excluding GST & Seigniorage charges.

RCC BOX CULVERTS

Earthwork excavation in marshy soil for road way and storm water drain in soil up to 300mm by mechanical means including cutting and pushing the earth to side of embankment filling in central verge upto a lead of 50 metres including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections and all overhead and contractors profit all taxes except GST etc., complete for finished item of work for trench cutting and storm water drains as per MOR&H specification No.301 and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (based on level payment).

Filling foundation trenches with Stone dust including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, watering, tamping, all labour charges for filling all taxes etc.,complete for finshed item of work Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge excluding GST & Seigniorage charges.

Laying Plain Cement concrete M10 grade (1:4:8) mix using 40mm size HBG machine crushed stone aggregate and fine aggregate (ie., 50% of River Sand and 50% Rock Sand) conforming to table 1000-2 of MORT&H including cost, conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, curing etc, including all other incidential and operational charges of all T & P, except GST and Seigniorage charges etc, complete for finished item of work as per technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 MORD and 1500, 1700 & 2100 MORTH and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge for open foundations. Vibrated Reinforced cement concrete M30 (Grade) coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, Crushed stone aggregate of 20mm and 10mm size graded as per table 1500.1,(ie., 50% of River Sand and 50% Rock Sand) mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and approved mix design with minimum cement content of 350 kg/cum with approved fixed side formwork of steel channel, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing, laying and spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation to lines and grade, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges for all operations, all taxes, hire and operational charges of all T&P, diversion of traffic,.except GST and Seigniorage charges, complete for finished item of work as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD. Ribbed Tor steel / (Fe 415) (Cold Twisted High Strength Deformed Bars) wrought and put up including decoiling, bending, cranking and typing them after placing in position as per the approved structural designs and drawings and as directed by the Engineer- in-Charge including cost, conveyance of steel, binding wire and all labour charges for fabrication all taxes etc,except GST complete for finished item of work as per MORTH Specification 1600

Providing two or more coats of Water proof cement paint of approved make, shade and colour to give uniform shade over a primary coat of with cement primer Grade-II (total 3 or more coats) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all taxes, all labour charges such as preparation of the wall surface, applying priming coat, applying water proof cement paint two coats, curing,except GST. etc., complete for finisihed item of work

For Bridges Vibrated cement concrete M 15 grade using 40mm,20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate (ie., 50% of River Sand and 50% Rock Sand) conforming to table 1000-2) with minimum cement content of 275kgs/cum including cost,conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying,in position compacting vibtrating and cuting including other incidental hire and operational charges of all T&P except GST and Seigniorage charges etc, as per approved drawings and as directed during execution but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item as per MoRT&H specification 1500,1600,1700 & 2200 (4th revision ) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Levelling course.

For Bridges Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M 25 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate (ie., 50% of River Sand and 50% Rock Sand) conforming to table 1000-2) with minimum cement content of 400kgs/cum including cost, conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, vibrating, curing etc., including other incidental hire and operational charges of all T&P except GST and Seigniorage charges etc,as per approved drawings and as directed during execution but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item as per MoRT&H specification 1500,1600,1700 & 2200 (4th revision ) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Body walls

For Bridges Vibrated reinforced cement concrete M 25 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate(ie., 50% of River Sand and 50% Rock Sand) conforming to table 1000-2) with minimum cement content of 400kgs/cum including cost, conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, vibrating, curing etc., including other incidental hire and operational charges of all T&P, except GST and Seigniorage charges etc, as per approved drawings and as directed during execution but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item as per MoRT&H specification 1500,1600,1700 & 2200 (4th revision ) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Box section Bottom & TOP SLAB

For Bridges Vibrated reinforcement cement concrete M 30 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate (ie., 50% of River Sand and 50% Rock Sand) conforming to table 1000-2) with minimum cement content of 400kgs/cum including cost, seigniorage conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, vibrating, curing etc., including other incidental hire and operational charges of all T&P, except GST and Seigniorage charges etc, complete for finished item of work as per approved drawing excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges as per as per MoRT&H specification 1500,1600,1700 & 2200 (4th revision ) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for wearing coat over deck slab

For Bridges Providing HYSD bars (Fe-500) of different diameters, wrought and put up bars of all diameters including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for fabrication of reinforcement including cutting bending binding rods tying grills, placing them in position etc., complete including cost and conveyance of binding wire and all handling charges and operational charges etc., except GST and including over lapping welding if required etc., complete for all RCC items for finished item of work as per standard drawings as per MORT&H specification 1600 & 2200 (4th revision) and as per I.S. 1786 of 1985 for superstructure of RCC items

For Bridges Providing Grouted Revetment with rough stone (HBG) of not less than 300mm size grouted with 0.20 cum of CC (1:4:8) including cost , and conveyance of materials to site and including labour charges for packing the stones for revetment etc. except GST and Seigniorage charges complete for finished items of work asper MORT&H specification 2504(4th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Quadrents

For Bridges Providing weep holes in Box, return walls and wing walls with 100mm dia AC pipe extending through the full width of the structure at 1.00m c/c in both horizantal and vertical direction so that the weep holes in each horizantal direction is staggered from the weep holes laying above and below lines as shown in drawing including cost and conveyance of the AC pipes and labour charges for cutting to required length, placing the pipe with a slope of about IV: 20H towards stream side face etc., except GST complete for finished items of work for weep holes as per MORT&H specification 2706 and 2200(4th revision)

The overhead charges includes Labour Amenitites and Labour Importation / Compensation / Site Supervision / Quality Control Charges and Bankers Charges, etc. Hence the contractros quoted percentage is inclusive of all the above including Technical persons and no reimbursement for these will be made. The Rates given in schedule 'A' are exluding of GST and Seigniorage Charges. 2)The above rates for firnished items of work including cost and convenyance of all requisite materials to site, Labour Charges for all operationas, all taxes, curing wherever needed, all Incidentals, Hire and Operational charges of all T&P barricading, Diversion of traffic etc.
