Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam specification including cost & conveyance of all material, hire and operational charges of T&P, labour charges for all operations, premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver finisher in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, grading, barricading and maintenance of diversion of trafic, etc., complete for finished item of work, as per table 400.13 of technical specification clause 406 MORTH(5th Revision). excluding GST & Seignoriage Charges

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion(Bulk-Slow Setting-1) over the prepared surface of granular base as Wet Mix Macadam surface at the rate of 6kg /10sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and spraying uniformly with the aid of bitumen pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion and water,labour charges,cleaning, hire charges and operational charges of all T&P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORT&H(5th Revision) specification 502.excluding GST

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS1)(Rapid Setting) over the prepared surface before laying DBM at the rate of 2kg/10 sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformly with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning, hire charges and operational charges of all T&P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge except GST as per MORTH (5th Revision) specification 503.

Providing and laying of 50 mm thick Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant using HBG crushed aggregates of Grading - II as per table 500-10 of MoRT&H Specification 505 (5th revision) premixed with bitumen VG-10 grade @ 4.0 to 4.5% byweight of total mix and filler, transported to site, laid over a previously prepared surface with Hydrostatic sensor paver to the required grade, level and alignment and rolled as per Clauses 501.6 and 501.7 to achieve the desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including hire and operational charges all T&P, all other contingent charges necessary including charges of all materials etc., complete and as per MoRTH specification No. 505(5th Revision) (except GST & Seiniorage charges).

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion RS-1 (Rapid Setting) over the prepared surface before laying BC @ 2.0 kg/10 Sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformly with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning, hire charges and operational charges of all T & P necessary to complete the finished item of work, except GST, as direced by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORTH (5th Revision) specification 503.

Providing and laying 40 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6% percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction including hire and operational charges of all T & P, cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for all operations, diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects.(except GST & Seigniorage charges)

Providing gravel berms to the required thickness including spreading in layers of 150 mm thick with side slope of 2:1(2H:1V),sectioning each layer to proper camber, watering, consolidation of each layer with vibratory roller of 8 to10 tonnes capacity to achieve desired density at OMC including cost conveyance of gravel, water etc., to site, , labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of vibratory roller and other T&P diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work, except GST& Seigniorage charges, as per MORT&H (5th Revision) Spc.No.401.

Supplying of hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound, 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass bead as per IRC: 35, the material should be of BERGER Company/ BERGER Equivalent and must comply with the following: a) White index for the product should be in the range of 60-70 when measured against standard reference. The applied panel 7/8 number must be submitted for checking up the white index in the department lab. In case the department approves the white index of any vendor, the department engineer may carryout random checking of the applied products at site against the approved panel. In case of any major deviation, beyond acceptance limit, department reserve the right to cancel or reject the total supplied consignment of the said material and will compell the vendor has to replace the full consignment by the desired material as per approved panel at his own cost and additional demurrages may be claimed due to loss of man days (as per the rules of the department). b) Luminance factor of the material should be in the range of 80-85% at 45 degree centigrade as per AASTHOM 249. c) Crack resistance: The applied panel cured for 7 days under ambient condition and then should be tested as per BS3262, Part-1, 1989 and should pass at the range of '0' degree centigrade to '-10' degree centigrade D) Adhesion : Strong E) Softening point: 102 degree centigrade F) Dried film finish : Smooth and uniform G) Night Vision: High as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and confirming to IS: 164-1961 (1st revision reaffirmed in 1986) and clause conforming to IRC 35-1997, including all charges,complete for finished item of work, Excluding GST

Supplying & Fixing of Molded Shanks Raised Pavement Markers made of plastic body moulded from HIPS(HI-Impact Polysterene) or ABS or ASA ( Acrylic Strene Acrylonitrite and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 – DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700 Kgs. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the twin shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer’s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer, including all charges,complete for finished item of work, excluding GST.

Providing laying Reinforced cement concrete Hume Pipe of NP-3 class 1000mm dia plain ended tongue and groove model pipe including cost and conveyance of pipe, etc, complete and labour charges for laying, jointing of RCC Hume pipe in position with Cement Mortar (1:2) including lifting, aligning, lowering and hoisting etc., as per drawing and as per MORTH specification 2900,2905 and 2906 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work Excluding GST & Seignoriage Charges,

Laying Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) Prop using 40mm size HBG machine crushed stone aggregate confirming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate { 50% of River Sand (Natural Sand) & 50% of Manufactured Sand/Crushed stone sand/Rock sand 4.75mm to 2.36 mm confirming to IS 383 } conforming to table 1000-2 of MORT&H specification including cost, conveyance of all materials (viz) cement, stone aggregate, sand, water etc., to site, labour charges for all operations, machine mixing, laying, finishing smooth to required level, curing, all other incidental and operational charges etc, complete for finished item of work as per MORT&H specification 2100 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, Excluding GST & Seigniorage charges,T, for open foundations.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement M30 (Grade) over a prepared sub base, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, Crushed stone aggregate of 25mm and 12.5mm size graded as per table 1500.1, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design with minimum cement content of 350 kg/cum laid in alternate panels with approved fixed side formwork of steel channel, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing, cleaning the surface with air compressor initially and finally, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick approved polythene film made of 100% virgin LDPE, laying and spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation to lines and grade, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days including cost, and conveyance of all material, labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of all T&P, diversion of traffic etc. complete for finished item of work as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD. (except GST & Seignoriage Charges)

1) The rates mentioned in schedule 'A' are including overhead charges & Contractors Profit. The overhead charges includes Labour Amenitites and Labour Importation / Compensation / Site Supervision / Quality Control Charges and Bankers Charges, etc. Hence the contractros quoted percentage is inclusive of all the above including Technical persons labour welfare cess, District mineral fund and work insurance and no reimbursement for these will be made. 2)The above rates for finished items of work including cost and convenyance of all requisite materials to site, Labour Charges for all operationas, curing wherever needed, all Incidental, Hire and Operational charges of all T&P barricading, Diversion of traffic etc., including all taxes except GST & Seigniorage Charges .
