KKP Drain;Dadooing to walls with glazed full body porcelain wall tiles of size 300 x 600 mm with any type of design texture such as marble finish, wooden, bamboo, stone finishes etc., scratch less, stain free and thickness between 8 mm 1st quality conforming to IS:13711, IS:13712, IS:13630 (Parts 1 to 15) of approved colour and finish by the architect and make set over a base coat of C.M (1:3) proportion, 12mm thick and neat grey cement slurry of honey like consistency, spread at the rate of 3.3kgs per sqm and jointed with white cement or coloured cement to match the shade of the tiles, including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water, tiles, coloured cement etc., to site, all labour charges for mixing of cement mortar, laying glazed tiles to level, curing, all taxes but excluding GST and Seigniorage Charges etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

KKP Drain;Painting to new walls with two or more coats of Water proof cement paint of approved make, shade and colour to give uniform shade to all plastered surfaces of walls over a base coat of approved cement, primary grade making 3 coats of white cement (total 3 or more coats) in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powedered materials including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, all other taxes except GST and all labour charges such as preparation of the wall surface, applying priming coat, applying water proof cement paint two or more coats, curing, scaffolding etc., complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge for finished item of work as per SS 912.

KKP Drain;Plastering to walls with 12 mm thick in two coats with base coat of 8mm thick in CM (1:6) and top coat of 4mm thick in CM (1:4) with dubara sponge finishing including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including all operational, incidental charges on materials, including all labour charges for mixing mortar, finishing, scaffolding, lift charges, curing, including cutting Grooves as directed by Engineer-in-charge etc., all taxes but excluding GST and Seigniorage charges, complete for INternal and Uneven Surfaces of Brick Wall and RCC exposed surfaces for finished item of work. (SS 901, 903 & 904)

KKP Drain;Brick Masonary with Fly ash brick Class 5 of size 290x150x140 mm in super structure of building walls with cement mortar (1:6) prop (Cement: sand) using 290mm x 150mm x 140mm from approved source having minimum crushing strength of not less than 5 N/ sq .mm including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, including all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, scaffolding charges, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing, all taxes excluding GST and cost of excluding seigniorage charges on all materials, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge and as per SS 504

KKP Drain;Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) corresponding to M-15 grade using 20 mm nominal size well graded machine crushed hard granite chips (coarse aggregate) with minimum cement content of 275 kgs from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement: 50% fine aggregate and 50% of Crushed stone sand/ Rock sand 4.75mm to 2.36 mm as per IS 383-1970 : Coarse aggregate), all labour charges, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, finishing smooth to required levels, curing, including all incidental and operational charges, all taxes excluding GST and Seigniorage Charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per APSS. 402

KKP Drain;Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete corresponding to M-20 grade Design mix using 20 mm &10mm sizewell graded machine crushed hard granite chips (coarse aggregate) fine aggregate { 50% of River Sand (Natural Sand) & 50% of Manufactured Sand/Crushed stone sand/Rock sand 4.75mm to 2.36 mm confirming to IS 383 } including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, & fine aggregate { River Sand (Natural Sand) & manufactured Sand/Crushed stone sand/Rock sand } , coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, sales and other taxes except GST & seigniorage charges on all materials , but including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations, complete for finished item of work as per MORTH specification 1500, 1700 & 2100. For Drains Covered with 10cm thickness RCC slab

KKP Drain;Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement complete as per drawings and as per 1600 MORTH and operational charges,labour charges,all taxes,etc., except GST, complete.

KKP Drain;Constructing 904.0 mm (3?0?) dia brick masonry inspection chamber as per IS - 4111: Part-1:1986 with cement mortar (1:6) prop using 2nd Class Clay Bricks of 225 mm thick from approved source having a minimum crushing strength of 5 N/sq.mm including plastering with cement mortar 1:3 prop; ½? thick both inside and outside fitted with 20? dia RCC manhole covers and frames including excavating pits up to a depth of 1524 mm (5'-0") in all sorts of soils (excluding rock) and laying cement concrete (1:4:8) 150 mm thick using 40 mm HBG Metal and P.C.C. 1:2:4 benching and channel 100 mm thick as per Standard specification and including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, bricks, water etc., to site, cost of seigniorage charges on all materials and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as per Standard specification.

KKP Drain;Providing laying Reinforced cement concrete Hume Pipe of NP-3 class 450 mm dia socket and spigot pipe including cost and conveyance of pipe, etc, Complete and labour charges for laying, jointing of RCC Hume pipe in position with Cement Mortar (1:2) including lifting, aligning, lowering and hoisting etc., as per drawing and as per MORTH specification 2900,2905 and 2906 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work for Pipe culvert . Excluding GST & Seignoriage charges.

KKP Drain;Laying of Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) mix using 40mm size hard broken granite metal, coarse aggreagte and fine aggregate (50% River sand 50% Rock sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, machine mixing charges, labour charges, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, as per technical specification clause No. 2100 of Morth, excluding GST and seigniorage charges.

KKP Drain;Conveyance of un use full dumping materials of 5km for transportation of materials by tipper/truck including loading, unloading, all labour charges, hire charges of T&P, complete excluding GST

KKP Drain;Removal of wet silt and sludge from sullage drains, with aid of baskets and vessels, etc with initial lift of 3 m and lead of 50 m including labour charges, all taxes complete for finished item of work . (Excluding GST )

KKP Drain;Excavation for roadwork/Removal of Debris/high bearms on sides of roads in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, and transporting to the embankment location within all lifts and lead upto 1000m as per MORTH - 301.Excluding GST.

KKP Drain;Cutting Road surface including stacking of excavated materials for CC Road by using machinery for all lifts and with an intial lead of 10m and lift of 2m including all operational incidental labour charges and erection of caution Boards to divert traffic etc, complete for finished item of work.(Excluding GST )
