Earth Work Excavation for Road way in hard rock(Blasting prohibited) by mechanical means including breaking rock and depositing on bank for all lifts and with an initial lead including all operational,labour charges such as shoring,sheeting,planking, strutting etc.,for finished item of work including seigniorage excluding dewatering charges etc., except GST as per technical specification clause 301MORTH (5th Revision)

Collection ,Supply and filling with HBG stone chips 2.36 mm & below from approved quarry to work site and stacking at work site to Dept. gauge for premeasurements including cost and convenyance of all material and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specifications. Clause 305.3.9 MORD & 304 MORTH. Except GST.

Bailing out water from the pipe line trenches with oil engine driven pump sets (Dewatering diesel pump 5 hp), including hire charges, fuel charges and crew charges etc, complete .. Finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Laying Plain Cement concrete (1:4:8) Prop using 40mm size HBG machine crushed stone aggregate confirming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate { 50% of River Sand (Natural Sand) & 50% of Manufactured Sand/Crushed stone sand/Rock sand 4.75mm to 2.36 mm confirming to IS 383 } conforming to table 1000-2 of MORT&H specification including cost,conveyance of all materials (viz) cement, stone aggregate, sand, water etc., to site, labour charges for all operations, machine mixing, laying, finishing smooth to required level, curing, all other incidental and operational charges etc, complete for finished item of work as per MORT&H specification 2100 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge , except GST & Seigniorage charges,for open foundations.

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD (Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) using primary producers like TATA, SAIL, VSP, Jindal, Shyam Steel etc., of bar reinforcements below 36mm dia.s for RCC works, including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc. ,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work as per MORTH Specification No.1600 & 2200.Except GST

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete corresponding to M-30 Grade Design mix using 20 mm &10mm sizewell graded machine crushed hard granite chips (coarse aggregate) fine aggregate { 50% of River Sand (Natural Sand) & 50% of Manufactured Sand/Crushed stone sand/Rock sand 4.75mm to 2.36 mm confirming to IS 383 } including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, & fine aggregate { River Sand (Natural Sand) & manufactured Sand/Crushed stone sand/Rock sand } , coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, sales and other taxes except GST & seigniorage charges on all materials , but including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations, complete for finished item of work as per MORTH specification 1500, 1700 & 2100.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete (1:2.5:5) corresponding to M-15 grade using 6-12mm nominal size well graded machine crushed hard granite chips (coarse aggregate), fine aggregate { 50% of River Sand (Natural Sand) & 50% of Manufactured Sand/Crushed stone sand/Rock sand 4.75mm to 2.36 mm confirming to IS 383 } from approved quarry including cost, conveyance and all labour charges, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, finishing smooth to required levels, curing, all incidental and operational charges,complete for finished item of work for coping except GST & Seigniorage charges, as per MORTH specification 2100.

Supply of high performance expansion joint filler board conforming to IS: 1838 - 25 mm Thick including cost and conveyance of all materials such as filler materials etc complete. Except GST.

Conveyance of useful excavated rock fragments to site of embankment with a lead upto 1.0 KM including loading, unloading, all labour charges, hire charges of T&P complete etc., except GST .

Supplying and fixing of 100mm dia PVC pipes for weep holes including material, labour charges like cutting size, fixing in side wall etc as directed by Engineer- in- charge. Except GST.

Road crossing by adopting trenchless technology tunneling work through specialized pipe jacking method by erecting the equipment to true to the alignment and gradient, by hydraulic pipe jacking technique complete including tunneling, excavation in all types of soils including hard rock and construction of RCC chambers suitable to casing pipe pits, and conveyance charges of machinery and other required materials but excluding cost of encasing pipe, in co-ordination with the concerned authorities as per approved drawings and directed by the Engineer-in – Charge. for 1200mm diameter Pipe

Providing laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP4 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets and including transportation charges , except GST & Seigniorage charges, as per MORTH specification 2900 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge for finished item of work for Pipe culvert.

Filling with carted gravel in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including cost and conveyance of water to work site and all peraitonal, incidental, labour charges, hire charges of T&P etc., and overheads & contractors profit,all taxes except GST complete for fnished item of work (APSS NO.309&310).

PART-A ROADS

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, up to a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness - Light jungle from the road portion over the formation width and disposing it as directed by the Engineer-in-charge including all labour charges as per standard specfications etc…complete. Excluding GST.

Construction of embankment with good gravel brought from outside and spreading in layers of not more than 200mm thick each or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge during execution, watering, dozing, grading and compacting each layer to required proctors density with OMC compaction with vibratory roller of 8 Tonnes capacity, maintaining the required camber in the formation including cost and conveyance of good gravel,all labour charges, hire and operational charges of dozer, power roller,mortar grader,water tanker,all water leads, etc complete as per requirement of table 300.2 as per Technical Specification clause 305 MORTH (5th Revision). (payment will be based on levels for finished item of work).Excluding GST & Seignoriage charges.

Providing Granular Sub Base using HBG crushed close graded material confirming to grading -I of MoRTH table - 400.1 (50% of 53mm to 9.5mm , 20% of 9,5 to 2.36mm and 30% of 2.36mmm below)including spreading the HBG material in layers of uniform thickness not exceeding 150mm thick with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density complete as per technical specification as directed by the Engineer-in-charge etc, including cost and conveyance of HBG material, water etc to site, , labour charges for all operations, all incidentals hire & operational charges of roller and other T&P etc, complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H (5th Revision) Specification 401. Excluding GST & Seignoriage Charges.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam specification including cost & conveyance of all material, hire and operational charges of T&P, labour charges for all operations, premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver finisher in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, grading, barricading and maintenance of diversion of trafic, etc., complete for finished item of work, as per table 400.13 of technical specification clause 406 MORTH(5th Revision). excluding GST & Seignoriage Charges

Providing and applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) (Slow Setting) over the prepared surface of granular base as WMM surface at the rate of 6Kg/10 sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and spraying uniformly with the aid of bitumen pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion and water, labour charges, cleaning, hire charges and operational charges of all T&P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORTH (5th Revision) specification 502. excluding GST

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1)(Rapid Setting) over the prepared surface before laying DBM at the rate of 2.5 kg/10 sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformly with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning, hire charges and operational charges of all T&P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORTH (5th Revision) specification 503. excluding GST

Providing and laying 50mm thick dense graded bituminous macadam with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading (grade-II), premixed with bituminous binder with VG-30 grade @ 4.5 percent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction including hire and operational charges of all T & P, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for all operations, diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRTH (5th Revision) specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion rapid setting over the prepared surface before laying BC @2kg/10Sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformity with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning, all taxes hire charges and operational charges of all T & P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORT&H(5th Revision) specification503. excluding GST

Providing, laying bituminous concrete of thickness 40mm on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregate grade II and VG-30 grade bitumen binder @ 5.0% of weight of mix conforming to MORTH (5th Revision) 508 for wearing course including loading aggregates with F.E. loader, heating & mixing the aggregate and binder in 100 - 120 TPH Capacity batch type hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material with tipper and laying with 100TPH capacity Paver Finisher Hydrostatic with sensor control to the required grade, level & alignment and rolling with vibratory roller of 8 - 10T static weight, power roller of 8 to 10 Tones capacity and tandem roller to achieve the desired density including hire and operational charges of all T & P, cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges for all operations, diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work excluding GST & seigniorage charges.

Providing gravel berms to the required thickness including spreading in layers of 150 mm thick with side slope of 2:1(2H:1V),sectioning each layer to proper camber, watering, consolidation of each layer with vibratory roller of 8 to10 tonnes capacity to achieve desired density at OMC including cost conveyance of gravel, water etc., to site, labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of vibratory roller and other T&P diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work, as per MORT&H (5th Revision) Spc.No.401. Excluding GST & Seignoriage charges.

Providing and construction of rubble stone pitching including filling the joints with CM(1:6) over surface of slops prepared with useful excavated soils to requred levels and slopes using grainate rubble stone of not less then 40 kg and stone spalls of minimum 25mm size including cost and conveyance of all materials ramming curing all labour charges taxes all incidental and operational charges etc complete for finished item of work. Except GST & Seigniorage charges.

1) The rates mentioned in schedule 'A' are including overhead charges & Contractors Profit. The overhead charges includes Labour Amenitites and Labour Importation / Compensation / Site Supervision / Quality Control Charges and Bankers Charges, etc. Hence the contractros quoted percentage is inclusive of all the above including Technical persons labour welfare cess, District mineral fund and work insurance and no reimbursement for these will be made. 2)The above rates for finished items of work including cost and convenyance of all requisite materials to site, Labour Charges for all operationas, curing wherever needed, all Incidental, Hire and Operational charges of all T&P barricading, Diversion of traffic etc., including all taxes except GST & Seigniorage Charges .
