CC Road PSHM;Construction of un-reinforced Plain Cement Concrete M30 grade over a prepared sub base, coarse aggregate (crushed stone well graded hard granite metal of 20mm size as per table 600-3) and fine aggregates (50% River sand, 50% Rock sand) conforming to IS:383, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design with minimum cement content of 350 Kg/Cum laid in alternate panels with approved fixed side formwork of steel channel, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing, cleaning the surface with air compressor initially and finally, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick approved polythene film made of 100% virgin LDPE, laying and spreading the concrete with sholves, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation to lines and grade, curing of concrete slabs for 14 days including cost, and conveyance of all material to site, all labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of all T&P, diversion of traffic etc., complete for finished item of work as per drawing and technical specification. Excluding GST & Seigniorage charges.

CC Road PSHM;Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) mix using 40mm size hard broken granite metal, coarse aggreagte and fine aggregate (50% River sand 50% Rock sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, machine mixing charges, labour charges, placing in position, levelling, vibrating, curing etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, as per technical specification clause No. 2100 of Morth, Excluding GST & Seigniorage charges.

CC Road PSHM;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam specification including cost & conveyance of all material, hire and operational charges of T&P, labour charges for all operations, premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver finisher in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, grading, barricading and maintenance of diversion of trafic, etc., complete for finished item of work, as per table 400.13 of technical specification clause 406 MORTH(5th Revision). excluding GST & Seignoriage Charges

CC Road PSHM;Formation of embankment with good gravel obtained from outside and spreading in layers not more than 200mm thick each or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including pre-watering soil, removal of top soil, excavation of soils, depositing the soils on the embankment, spreading soils, breaking clods, sectioning and consolidation with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 Tonnes capacity @ OMC compaction to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300-2 of MORT&H including labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of T&P and , all water leads duly maintaining the required camber in the formation etc., complete for finished item of work as per MORTH Specification clause 305 (5th Revision) excluding GST & Seignoriage Charges.

CC Road PSHM;Conveyance of debries/dumps up to a distance of 5KM lead, for disposal including labour charges, lead and lifts of all material, hire and operational charges, T & P, etc., complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-charge, excluding GST.

CC Road PSHM;Excavation in soil with Dozer including cutting in roadway and pushing of the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 M, staking on road side as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge, including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirement of lines, grades and crosssections, including all hire and operational charges of T&P, all labour charges, complete for finished item of work, as per MORTH Spec No.301 (payment will be based on levels for finished item of work).excluding GST
