Providing and applying Primer Coat with bitumen emulsion (SS1) (Slow Setting 1) over the prepared surface of granular base i.e WMM surface at the rate of 6.00 kg/10 sqm including cleaning of road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and spraying uniformily with the aid of Emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion and water, labour charges, cleaning, hire and operational charges of all T&P necessary to complete for the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per the Clause 502 MoRTH, excluding GST.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion (RS1) Rapid setting over the prepared surface before laying DBM at the rate of 2.5kg/10 sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformly with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning etc, hire and operational charges of all T&P necessary to complete for finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MoRTH specification 503, excluding GST.

Providing, laying & consolidation 50mm thick Dense graded Bituminous Macadam using 100 to 120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using grade II crushed aggregates to the specified camber on the prepared surface and pre mixed with 80/100 grade bitumen binder @4.25% by weight of total mix and filler and comforming to MORTH specification 507 for base/binding course including loading of aggregates with F.E. Loader and hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the hot mixed material in tippers to paver and laying the mix using hydrostatic paver finishers with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and consolidating surface using vibratory roller of 8- 10T static weight, power roller of 8-10 T capacity and tandem roller to achieve desired compaction for finished item of work as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including hire and operational charges of all T&P, cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all other contingent charges necessary including labour charges for all operations, complete but excluding cost of tack coat for finished item of work and as per MORTH specification No.507 complete in all respect, excluding GST & seigniorage charges.

Providing and applying Tack Coat with bitumen emulsion Rapid setting (RS1) over the prepared surface before laying BC at the rate of 2.0 kg/10 sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformily with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning, etc, hire and operational charges of all T&P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORTH specification 503, excluding GST.

Providing and laying 30 mm thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.0 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction including hire and operational charges of all T & P, cost and conveyance of all materials to site, labour charges for all operations, diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work as per MORTH specification clause No. 509 complete in all respects, excluding GST & seigniorage charges.

Providing gravel berms to the required thickness including spreading in layers not more than 200 mm thick with side slope of 2:1 (2H:1V), sectioning each layer to proper camber, watering, consolidation of each layer with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonnes capacity to achieve the desired density at OMC including cost and conveyance of gravel, water etc., to site, labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of vibratory roller and other T & P, diversion of traffic, complete for finished item of work as per MORTH Specification 401, excluding GST & seigniorage charges.

Providing, Supply and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic road marking compound 2.50 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms with reflectorised glass beads on bituminous surface at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.50 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC 35, the material should be of BERGER company/BERGER Equivalent and must comply with the followings: a) White index for the product should be in the range of 60-70 when measure against standard reference. The applied panel 7/8 number must be submitted for checking up the white index in the Department Lab. In case the Department Approves the white index of any vendor, the Department Engineer may carryout random checking of the applied products at site against the approved panel. In case of any major deviation, beyond acceptance limit, department reserve the right to cancel or reject the total supplied consignment of the said material and will compell the vendor has to replace the full consignment by the desired material as per approved panel at his own cost and additional demurrages may be claimed due to loss of man days (As per the rules of the Department). b) Luminance factor of the material should be in the range of 80-85% at 40 degree centigrade as per AASTHOM 249. c) Crack resitance: The applied panel cured for 7 days under ambient condition and the should be tested as pe BS3262 Part-I, 1989 and should pass at the range of 0 degree centigrade to -10 degree centigrade. d) Adhesion Strong. e) Softening point: 102 degree centigrade. f) Dried flim finish: Smooth and Uniform. g) Night Vision: High as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and confirming to IS: 164-1961 (1st revision reaffirmed in 1986) and Clause confirming to IRC 35- 1997, excluding GST

Supplying and fixing of Molded Raised Pavement Markers made of plastic body moulded from HIPS (HI-Impact Polysterene) or ABS or ASA (Acrylic Strene Acrylonitrite and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of MORTH Circular No: RW/NH/33023/10-97 - DO III Dated: 11-06-1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 mm, 100 mm and 100mm and with mimimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on each side and the slope ot the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of dimeter not less than 19 +/- 2mm and height not less than 30 +/- 2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700 kgs. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the twin shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacture's recommendaition and complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, excluding GST

1) The rates mentioned in schedule 'A' are including overhead charges & Contractors Profit. The overhead charges includes Labour Amenitites and Labour Importation / Compensation / Site Supervision / Quality Control Charges and Bankers Charges, etc. Hence the contractros quoted percentage is inclusive of all the above including Technical persons labour welfare cess, District mineral fund and work insurance and no reimbursement for these will be made. 2)The above rates for finished items of work including cost and convenyance of all requisite materials to site, Labour Charges for all operationas, curing wherever needed, all Incidental, Hire and Operational charges of all T&P barricading, Diversion of traffic etc., including all taxes except GST & Seigniorage Charges .
