Road Yendapalli;Formation of embankment / subbase with useful excavated soils obtained from Road and Culverts by mechanical means and spreading in layers not more than 200mm thick each or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including pre-watering soil, removal of top soil, excavation of soils, depositing the soils on the embankment, spreading soils, breaking clods, sectioning and consolidation with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 Tonnes capacity @ OMC compaction to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300-2 of MORT&H including labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of T&P and seigniorage charges, all taxes, all water leads duly maintaining the required camber in the formation etc., complete for finished item of work as per Tecchnical specificatiom MORTH Specification clause 301.5 MORD/305 (Payment will be made based on level for finished item of work)

Road Yendapalli;Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG/HBT material confirming to Grading - VI of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage charges) and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401(5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Road Yendapalli;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam specification including cost & conveyance of all material, hire and operational charges of T&P, labour charges for all operations, premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver finisher in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, including lighting, grading, barricading and maintenance of diversion of trafic, etc., complete for finished item of work, as per table 400.13 of technical specification clause 406 MORTH(5th Revision). excluding GST & Seignoriage Charges

Road Yendapalli;Providing and applying Tack coat with Bitumen Emulsion rapid setting-1 over the prepared surface before laying DBM @2.5kg/10Sqm including cleaning the road surface with mechanical broom and air compressor and applying uniformity with the aid of emulsion pressure sprayer including cost and conveyance of bitumen emulsion, labour charges, cleaning, all taxes hire charges and operational charges of all T & P necessary to complete the finished item of work as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge as per MORT&H(5th Revision) specification503. excluding GST

Road Yendapalli;Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam of 50mm thick with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.50 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH 5th specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. (except GST & Seiniorage charges)
