Construction of Granular sub base by providing HBG material confirming to Grading-I of MORT&H Table- 401, 35% of 53mm to 9.50mm HBG metal, 47.5% of 9.50mm to 2.36mm HBG metal and 17.5% of 2.36mm and below HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site, labour charges, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with rotavator/approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, labour charge, excluding GST & Seignorage Charges etc. complete for finished item of work as per MORT&H (5th Revision) Technical specification clause no:401 as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregates to Wet Mix Macadam, including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver finisher in subbase/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller 8-10 T capacity to achieve the desired density, specification including cost & conveyance of all materials, Excluding seigniorage charges, GST etc, hire and operational charges of T&P, labour charges for all operations including lighting, grading, barricading and maintenance of diversion of trafic, etc., complete for finished item of work as per tables 400.11 technical specification clause 406 MORTH.

Construction of un-reinforced plain cement concrete pavement M30 (Grade) over a prepared sub base, coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, Crushed stone aggregate of 25mm and 12.5mm size graded as per table 1500.1, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design with minimum cement content of 350 kg/cum laid in alternate panels with approved fixed side formwork of steel channel, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing, cleaning the surface with air compressor initially and finally, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick approved polythene film made of 100% virgin LDPE, laying and spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, scareed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation to lines and grade, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of all T&P, diversion of traffic etc. complete for finished item of work as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD. (Excluding GST & Seiniorage charges)

Supply and fixing of High performance expansion joint filler board conforming to M.O.S.T "Silfex" Capcell HD-100 of 20mm thick to a depth of 175mm for expansion joints including chipping and clearing the expansion joint groove and pouring bitumen including heating, sprinkling coarse sand etc including cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges for all operations,complete for finished item of works. ( Excluding GST)

Providing gravel berms to the required thickness including spreading in layers of 150 mm thick with side slope of 2:1(2H:1V),sectioning each layer to proper camber, watering, consolidation of each layer with vibratory roller of 8 to10 tonnes capacity to achieve desired density at OMC including cost conveyance of gravel, water etc., to site, seigniorage charges, labour charges for all operations, hire and operational charges of vibratory roller and other T&P diversion of traffic, etc., complete for finished item of work, except GST& Seigniorage charges, as per MORT&H (5th Revision) Spc.No.401.

Note : 1) The rates mentioned in schedule 'A' are including overhead charges & Contractors Profit. The overhead charges includes Labour Amenitites and Labour Importation / Insurance / Compensation / Site Supervision / Quality Control Charges and Bankers Charges, etc. Hence the contractros quoted percentage is inclusive of all the above including Technical persons and work insurance and no reimbursement for these will be made. The Rates given in schedule 'A' are inclusive of Excise Duty and Seigniorage Charges. 2)The above rates for furnished items of work including cost and convenyance of all requisite materials to site, Seigniorage Charges, Labour Charges for all operationas, all taxes, curing wherever needed, all Incidentals, Hire and Operational charges of all T&P barricading, Diversion of traffic etc. 3. The rates are exclusive GST.
