Note: 1) The rates mentioned in schedule 'A' are including overhead charges & Contractors Profit. The overhead charges includes Labour Amenitites and Labour Importation / Compensation / Site Supervision / Quality Control Charges and Bankers Charges, etc. Hence the contractros quoted percentage is inclusive of all the above including Technical persons labour welfare cess, District mineral fund and work insurance and no reimbursement for these will be made. 2)The above rates for finished items of work including cost and convenyance of all requisite materials to site, Labour Charges for all operationas, curing wherever needed, all Incidental, Hire and Operational charges of all T&P barricading, Diversion of traffic etc., including all taxes except GST. 3)Liaison works with TSSPDCL towards release/getting of power supply to the street lights is in the scope of contractor only.
