Note : 1) The rates mentioned in schedule 'A' are including overhead charges & Contractors Profit. The overhead charges includes Labour Amenitites and Labour Importation / Insurance / Compensation / Site Supervision / Quality Control Charges and Bankers Charges, etc. Hence the contractros quoted percentage is inclusive of all the above including Technical persons and work insurance and no reimbursement for these will be made. The Rates given in schedule 'A' are inclusive of Excise Duty and Seigniorage Charges. 2)The above rates for furnished items of work including cost and convenyance of all requisite materials to site, Seigniorage Charges, Labour Charges for all operationas, all taxes, curing wherever needed, all Incidentals, Hire and Operational charges of all T&P barricading, Diversion of traffic etc.
