Construction of Septic Tanks 3 Nos and soak pits;Construction 904.4mm (3'0") Dia brick masonry inspection chamber with cement mortar 1:6 prop using 2nd class clay brick of 225 mm thick from approved source having a minimum crushing strength of 5n/sqmm inclueding with cement mortar 1:3 prop 1/2" thick both inside and outer side fitted with 20" dia RCC Manhole covers and frames including excavation pits up to depth of 904mm in all sorts of soils (Exclueding rock) and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 . 150mm thick using 40mm metal and PCC 1:2:4 Benching and channel 100mm thick and including cost conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, metal water etc... to site of seignorage charges on all materials and all incidential and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar construction, masonary lift charges, curing etc... complete for finished item of work as per specification .

(As per SS 903). per 10 Sqm.

Construction of Septic Tanks 3 Nos and soak pits;BLD-CSTN-3-15-(31) - B : Supply and placing of the M-20 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20 mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including Seigniorage charges, sales and other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, curing, centering and suttering charges etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) with minimum cement content as per IS code .

Construction of Septic Tanks 3 Nos and soak pits;BLD-CSTN-3-14-(31) - A : Supply and placing of the M-20 Design Mix Concrete corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site . sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, vibrating, curing, centering and suttering charges etc.,complete but excluding seignorage charges, cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) .

Construction of Septic Tanks 3 Nos and soak pits;BLD-CSTN-4-1-(34): Providing High Yield Strength Deformed (HYSD)/ Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT) / Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 415/ Fe 500 grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for RCC works , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap-splicing with binding wire of 18 SWG, forming grills for reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost and conveyance of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126).

Construction of Septic Tanks 3 Nos and soak pits;BLD-CSTN-3-6 (23) -Using Concrete mixture all works up to Plinth Level : Plain Cement concrete nominal mix (1:4:8) prop (Cement : fine aggregate: coarse aggregate ) using 40mm size Hard Granite Machine Crushed Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate water etc., to site , seigniorage charges on all materials, labour charges , for mixing , laying, concrete , ramming in 15 cm layers, finishing top surface to the required level curing etc., complete for finished item of work.for foundation.
