Providing and fixing of Casement/ Open able Windows made of pre-painted steel as per IS 513 of 0.58 mm thick galvanized as per IS 277, finish painted with a polyester paint and section for outer frame of 48 x 50 mm, centre mullion of 48 x 50 mm, section for shutter of 48 x 25 mm and the fixed glass beading section should be 12 x 12 mm and the outer frame and mullions to have rebate for glazed shutter with a 20 mm provision for guard bars/grills, handle, stay, 2 nos. of stainless steel heavy duty pivot hinges provided per shutter and windows fitted with 5 mm thick plain float glass with rubber gaskets including fixing the frames in concrete/masonry wall by means of self-expanding screws, Including 10mm Square guard bars with 6” (152.4mm) pitch etc., complete Double shutter Window with vertical mullion for sizes 3’0” x 4’0” (914.4mm x 1219.2mm) and 4’0” x 4’0” (1219.2mm x 1219.2mm)

Supply and fixing MS plain sheet door of single leave of size 0.90x2.13mts made of with frame of equal angle of 40x40x6mm hor-2no, ver- 2no, shutter frame made of with equal angle 25x25x4mm hor-2no, ver-2no, welded with MS plain sheet 18guage, supported with MS flat 30x4mm-0.53mt long-2 nos, 2 Nos of 2.09m to each shutter and fixtures like MS Butt hinges of 125mm long -6 no, MS Aldrop 300mm long-1 no, MS tower bolt -200mm long - 2no, MS hold fasts- 6no, sales & other taxes on all materials , red oxide primer grade -I quality one coat, labour charges etc complete for finished item of the work. shutter size 0.45x2.09 Mts

Roofing will be provided with 0.5mm thick galvanized / pre painted G.I. profiled sheets fixed to the purlins with 14 size self drilling screws with neoprene washer. Side laps are stitched with self tapping / drilling screws. End laps are to be sealed with 25x3 mm Butyl tape. The sheets are provided with anti capillary grove.

Painting to Old walls with two coats of Acrylic Emulsion paint of superior quality of approved brand and shade over base coat of two coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of brushes, water to site, etc., sales & other taxes, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors for internal Walls.(APSS No. 912) in All Floors

Painting to Old walls with two coats of Acrylic Emulsion paint of superior quality of approved brand and shade over base coat of Two coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all loose powdered materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials, including cost and conveyance of all materials, cost of brushes, water to site, etc., sales & other taxes, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing etc., complete for finished item of work in all floors for external Walls.(APSS No. 912) in All Floors

Painting to Iron work with two coats of ready mixed synthetic enamel paint first quality all shades over an existing steel primer including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, sales & other taxes, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work. (APSS No. 1201, 1207 & 1212).in All Floors

Balance Work: 2 Brick Masonry in superstructure with CM (1:8) prop: using Fly ASH Bricks of size 290x225x140mm with compressive of 50 Kgs / Sqcm from approved source including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, fly ash bricks, water etc., to site, including sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, scaffolding charges, lift charges, curing, etc., complete but excluding seigniorage charges for finished item of work. (APSS No. 501 & 504).
