Building work;Supply, delivery and assembling at site, Steel cot (Single coat) of following specifications: The cot of bed should be 1900mm (L) x 800mm (W) x 460mm (H). The sheet should be made of CR top with 18 guage (1.22mm) thick CR sheet should be crimped on four sides full length to a depth of 50mm so as to accommodate welding with MS flat of size 50x3mm alround the inner edge of the crimp of the sheet. The top of the bottom welded with 2 nos reinforced with two formed channels to size 75mm width and 15x50x50x50x15mm of 1mm thickness flanges arc welded inside the lenght wise with 5 inches gap. Legs frame CR tube 31mm round 1.6 guage (16 Thickness) the Headbow height should be made of 700mm height and legbow 600 mm height. One Horizontal and two vertical CR tube 19.5mm 1.22 guage thickness. Epoxy polyster powder coating plain mat gray only DFT (Dry film thickness) of 45 microns as IS101. The total cost of unit shall include cost of all materials, manufacture, transportation to site, assembling at site including loading, unloading and assembling charges at different floor levels of the building.

The table top should be 18mm thick with Pre-Laminated Board (PLB), of approved quality and shade, Grade II Type II conforming to IS:12823. The edges should be sealed with 2mm thick hot preessesd PVC beading. The understructure should be top frame C section 40 x 40 mm 1 mm thickness supported alround tubular frame of CR Round tube of 25.4 mm , 1.2mm thick confirming to IS 513. The tubular frame should be made of CR Round Tube of Dia 25.4mm, 1.2mm thick. For storage, the Table should have 3 drawer unit the overall dimention 350 (w)x 430(H)x 560(D) mm in which the shell and drawer tray shall be 0.5 mm thick CRCA MS, drawer front of 0.8 mm thick CRCA MS sheet, provided with 6 Lever Cam Lock and in built plastic handles.
