The required prior work experience for the bidder includes: - Three similar works each costing not less than 40% of the estimated cost - Two similar works each costing not less than 60% of the estimated cost - One similar work costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost The bidder should have been involved in the civil engineering construction business for the last Five (5) years or more. Additionally, the bidder should have specific experience of construction of projects in the past Ten years, including multi-storied School or College/ multi-storied Commercial/ Hospital/ Airport Buildings/ Public office/ Corporate office/ Head quarter building with RCC. The bidder needs to provide details of all works of similar nature completed during the last ten years, including the name of work/project, location, owner or organization, value of work at completion, updated gross present value, and other relevant details. The values mentioned include an ECV of Rs. 145,37,82,696.00, and liquid assets/credit facilities/solvency certificate of value not less than Rs. 59.00 crores, which is 40% of the ECV. The bidder or their identified sub-contractors should have satisfactorily completed similar Water supply & Sanitary Engineering Works of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of internal & external water supply & sanitary engineering works in any one financial year during the last ten financial years. The bidder or their identified sub-contractors should have also completed similar Electrical Engg. works of value not less than 50% of the estimated cost of internal & external electrification arrangements, including elevators, in any one financial year during the last ten financial years. The bidder should have an average annual financial gross turnover of 100% of the Estimated Contract Value (ECV) in any two financial years during the last five years, with a price updating of 10% per annum to bring the turnover to the 2025-26 price level. The bidder should also have a positive Net worth of 50% of the ECV, and should not have incurred any loss in more than two years during the last five consecutive years. The experience should include completion of a building project with civil works, electrical installation, lighting, and DG sets, as well as installation of an electrical transformer of 315-KVA or more capacity and a generator of 250-KVA or more capacity. The percentages mentioned are 40%, 60%, 80%, 50%, and 10% per annum for price updating. The amounts mentioned are Rs. 145,37,82,696.00 and Rs. 59.00 crores.
