Extension of CC Platform at OPP,Ashwaraopet;Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement as per Clause 1501.2.2 M15 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS : 383, maximum in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropeiate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 mictron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge / culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14- days, curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and Technical Specification Clause 1501 MORD

Extension of CC Platform at OPP,Ashwaraopet;Providing homogeneous embankment using soil from approved borrow area in layers of 25 to 30 cm before compaction including cost of all materials, machinery, labour, all operations such as watering, compacting to density control of not less than 95 percent or as stipulated using 8T roller etc., complete with initial lead upto 1 km and all lifts

Extension of CC Platform at OPP,Ashwaraopet;Filling with Gravel in trenches, sides of foundations and basement with initial lead in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, consolidating each deposited layer by watering and ramming including all operational, incidental, labour charges, seignorage charges, hire charges of T & P etc., complete for finished item of work. APSS No.309 & 310.

Extension of CC Platform at OPP,Ashwaraopet;Coursed Rubble stone masonry, in CM (1:6) prop: (Cement: Sand) using Granite stones from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like Granite stones, cement, sand, water, etc., to site including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing of cement mortar, constructing masonry, curing etc., complete for finished item of work for foundation and basement (APSS No. 601 & 615)

Extension of CC Platform at OPP,Ashwaraopet;Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Extension of CC Platform at OPP,Ashwaraopet;Plain Cement Concrete (1:4:8) proportion (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) using 40mm size Hard Broken Granite (IS383, 1970) machine crushed metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site, mixing concrete in concrete mixer including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental, and labour charges such as laying and ramming concrete in layers in position not exceeding 15cm, finishing top surface, curing concrete, etc., complete for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) for Levelling Course and Flooring Bed.

Extension of CC Platform at OPP,Ashwaraopet;Earthwork excavation in soils upto SDR by mechanical means for foundations of structures as per drawing and technical specification including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing sides of bottom, back filling the excavation earth to the extent required etc., complete excluding seignioarge charges for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 304(5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
