PKO DRAIN APPARAOPET;Reinforced cement concrete M-25Using 20mm down graded hard brocken crushed metal including the cost of centering, shuttering (either steel or plywood), propping and bracing, curing the concrete and removal of formwork etc., complete. (details of centering and propping to be approved by the engineer)for Foundation, pile caps, plinth beams,column footings, pedestals and columns shaft upto plinth level.

PKO DRAIN APPARAOPET;Construction of brick masonry inspection chambers of internal clear dimension as mentioned below by using first class table moulded modular bricks 230 mm thick wall in cement mortor joints in 1:4, over CC 1:4:8 bed 150 mm thick including providing precast RCC top slab in 1:2:4 Mix (1 cement: 2 oarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate), with angle iron frame, inside plastering 15mm thick with CM 1:3 (1 cement::3 fine sand) finished very smooth with floating coat of neat cement & making benching and channelling in cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 gradedstone aggregate) neatly finished complete as per standard design and as per drawing and specifications. (The rate shall include necessary earth work excavation in all types of soil excluding soft and hard rock, back filling including consolidation disposing the excess earth to all leads curing, finishing etc., and back filling and completion)

PKO DRAIN APPARAOPET;Plastering to even surfaces of wall with CM (1:4) Prop: 20mm thick in single coat including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, water etc., to site, including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials, all operational, incidental charges and labour charges such as mixing mortar, finishing, curing, etc., complete for finished item of work.

PKO DRAIN APPARAOPET;Providing and mixing mechanically and laying plain cement concrete M:7.5(mix by volume 1:4:8) with 40mm & down graded aggregates of approved qality as a levelling course under the column wall, machine foundations, cable and other trenches etc., including compacting, levelling etc. complete

PKO DRAIN APPARAOPET;Earth work excavation to required levels upto 2.50M depth with side slopes below ground level in all kinds of soils for foundations, footings, trenches, including backfilling,compacting, complete dewatering, shoring, struting wherever necessary, transporting the excess excavated material to stack or fill, within alead of 1000M etc., complete as per spec. and as directed by engineer.
