CONSTRUCTION OF 5000 KL CAPACITY PONDS;Supplying and Laying of High Density Polyethelene (HDPE) 950GSM (1000 microns, type-IV) membrane sheet LDPE coated on both sides, woven black HDPE scrim for lining for 5000KL capacity pond as per BIS standards at our proposed OIL Palm Processing Plant at Narmetta, Siddipet dist. Parameters Required for supplying HDPE Geomembrane sheets is 1. Thickness -1.0mm, 2. Mass (g/m2 ), Min 950 3. Breaking load on 20cmX10cm strip,-6500 N,Min before UV exposure 4 Strain at maximum load, percent 20+ 5 20+ 5, 5. Impact failure load at 1524 mm drop, Min, 3500gm 6. Tear resistance- Min 180N, 7. Puncture resistanc- 9000 N, 8. Bursting Strength (ball burst)-160 N/cm2 , 9. Seam strength before UV exposure, 42N/mm, 10. Hydrostatic resistance No leakage at 25kg/ cm2. Laying: 1.The foundation area for flexible membrane liners shall be smooth and free of projections that might damage the liner. All stumps and roots shall be removed.Rocks, hard clods, coarse gravel and other such material shall be removed or shall be rolled so as to provide a smooth surface or shall be covered with a cushion of fine soil. Subgrade must be compacted to comply with design specifications and include a stable base to support equipment and necessary vehicle weight and shallbe free of standing water. 2.An anchor trench 450mm x 300mm shall be excavated completely around the area to be lined as per the site condtion. The width and depth of trench shall be as per manufacturers specifications.The trench shall be back filled with excavated soil 3.Sufficient Counter weights shall be kept at the time of jointing the HDPE liner and shall remain there only. Note: 1.Payment will be made on net area actually measured at site including overlaps. Laps will not be considered for payment. The rate quoted by the agency shall be inclusive of cost of material, labour, loading, un loading, transportation, wastage, laying,tools & machineries, contractor profit etc. 2. Sampling and laboratory testing charges shall be born by the agency. Federation will not reumburse the cost towards testing of materials

CONSTRUCTION OF 5000 KL CAPACITY PONDS;Plain Cement Concrete M 20 design mix using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER for Wearing coat/lining concrete, 20mm size hard granite machine crushed graded metal (coarse aggregate - as per IS 383 - 1970 and IS 2386 Part 1 to Part 8) from approved quarry, using a minimum quantity of 330 kgs. of cement per 1 cum of concrete including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (Sand), coarse aggregate, water etc., to site including steel centering, shuttering, machine mixing, lift charges, laying concrete,vibrating, curing, overheads & contrctors profit etc., complete for finished item of work but excluding seigniorage charges & GST etc(APSS No. 402 & 403).

CONSTRUCTION OF 5000 KL CAPACITY PONDS;Excavation in ordinary rock without blasting including boulders above 0.30 m upto 0.6 m dia. for canals, seating of embankment, filter drain / catch water drains etc., including dressing of bed and sides to required level and profile, cost of all materials, machinery, labour, placing the excavated soft rock neatly in dump area or for formation of service road as directed by Engineer -In- charge etc.,complete with lead upto 1 km and all lifts.
