Construction Gates and Fencing works;Supply and placing of Design Mix Concrete M 20 grade corresponding to IS 456 with minimum cement content of 350 kgs per 1 cum of concrete using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard Granite metal (coarse aggregate)(consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm , 15% of 13.20/12.50mm , 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm ) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate ( sand (50% natural and 50% rock sand)) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, centering using Steel scaffolding pipes, jack Props, wallers, Foot plates, brackets, steel Centering Plates, etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) FOR FOOTINGS, PEDESTALS, PLINTH BEAMS AND STEPS.

Construction Gates and Fencing works;Manufacturing supplying and fixing of MS gate for compound wall by using MS tubes, angles and square rods as per approved designs and drawings including fixing in position, cost conveyance of all materials and labour charges for finished item of work

Construction Gates and Fencing works;Painting to new Iron work with 2-coats of Synthatic enamail paint approved brand over a base coat Red oxide primer of approved brand, making 3- coats in all to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surfaces including c/c of all materials and all labour charges etc complete for finished item of work

(1:3:6) using 20mm nominal size SS5 gauge hard broken Granite metal sand (50% natural and 50% rock sand) as per SS 108, hand mixed laid in position in layers not exceeding 15cm in thickness, including cost, seignorage charges and conveyance of all materials and water from approved sources to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges such as mixing concrete, laying, tamping, curing, etc. complete for finished item of work as per SS 402 for foundations and flooring bed.Hand mixing
