Laying of Internal Cement Concrete Roads around Godowns at TGSWC Gundlapahad;Providing Transverse and longitudinal joints by mechanically sawing groove 3mm wide x 60mm depth in the Concrete Pavement in specified panels initially as soon as the concrete has undergone initial hardening subsequentlly widened to 10mm width x 18-20mm depth for transverse joints, 6-8mm width x 16-18mm depth after hardening of concrete and curing period for housing sealant, cleaning joint, fixing jute rope 10-12mm dia forced to sit in groove, priming the groove sides and bottom and filling the groove joints with Hot poured Rubberised Bituminous sealant (confirmimg to IS : 1834 - 1984), as per Clause 1501.8, 1501.2 and 1501.22 of MoRD specifications for Rural roads including hire and operational charges of machinery, labour charges, cost of jute rope, primer and sealant, overhead charges and contractor profit but excluding GST etc., complete for finished item of work
